  10. At the bottom of a cauldron (a heavy pan with thick walls, a wok), pour vegetable oil (half a glass or more), heat it up strongly.
  11. Put onions in oil, after a couple of minutes ginger and celery, after a couple of minutes - hot pepper, after a couple of minutes - pork, mix and fry for 10 - 15 minutes until cooked all this over very high heat.
  12. Throw garlic, add chopped tomato and adjika, 3 tablespoons of sugar (without a slide), pour in soy sauce. Interfere.

Chinese noodles with chicken always diversify your table due to its spicy taste. The composition of the dish usually includes different vegetables, according to the possibilities and desire. These can be zucchini, zucchini, green peas, corn grains, carrots, Beijing cabbage, green onions, hot and sweet peppers. Mushrooms are often added to the dish.

Cut the chicken fillet into strips and prepare all other vegetables in advance. Onions are cut into feathers, green onions are cut into long pieces, carrots are also cut into strips.

Grind the ginger and garlic, cut the sweet pepper into thin strips, slice the cabbage, chop the hot pepper as well, cut the celery into thin slices.

Heat the oil to a high temperature and fry the chicken fillet until lightly browned, add a little salt. Put the fillet in a bowl and leave in a warm place.

In the same oil, add garlic, ginger and hot pepper. Stir-fry for 1 minute, just to combine the flavors.

Add carrots and frozen vegetables (if provided). Stir quickly fry for a few minutes.

At this time, prepare the noodles. Pour boiling water over it according to the instructions, and then rinse with cold water.

Add onion, sweet pepper, celery to vegetables. All vegetables are fried for a couple of minutes with constant stirring and over high heat.

For the sauce, combine all the ingredients, mixing them well.

At the very end, add cabbage and green onions.

Immediately pour in the sauce, put the fried chicken and noodles. Heat everything together while stirring for another 2 minutes.

Chinese noodles with chicken is ready.

Serve it hot, immediately.
