Once upon a time, in my hometown, I worked as a waiter in the best restaurant in this place, and before I started working there, I had to memorize the entire menu, all the terms and fancy names of dishes and unseen, at that time, their components. I still remember that Mozzarella is "unleavened cheese made from the milk of black evening milk buffaloes" 🙂

Of course, in Russia, ordinary cow's milk is used in its manufacture, but it also turns out delicious. By the way, I can reveal to you one super-budget analogue of Mozzarella, which also goes well with tomatoes, like the "original". This is an ordinary unleavened Adyghe cheese! To be honest, lately I have only been using it, I like the crumbly texture and milky taste more.

So, my tomatoes and basil. Cut the tomatoes into circles 0.5 cm thick. Drain the brine from Mozzarella, blot it with a napkin and cut into circles of exactly the same thickness. We take the plates and lay them in half, for example, hardly and overlapping mugs of tomatoes and cheese, alternating them with each other.

That's all 🙂 It remains to put basil leaves on top, drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, pepper and salt if you want (I do not salt). And you can cook Caprese salad with Pesto sauce.
