The last 3 exercises are easier to do at a fast pace and with slightly bent legs.

It is better to train the transverse abdominal muscle by doing exercises while lying on your stomach or standing on all fours. At the expense of 1 - pull in your stomach, at 2-7 - hold, at 8 - relax. Repeat this exercise as often as possible.

It is necessary to strengthen not only the abdominal muscles, but also the back, otherwise strengthening only one muscle group can cause a violation of posture. It is advisable to train these muscle groups daily, including exercises in morning and health-improving exercises.
