Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. You can put a bowl of water in it. Lubricate the bread blanks with milk, make cuts and bake for about half an hour. Then slightly reduce the temperature (up to 180 degrees) and hold for another twenty minutes. Then the finished hot bread, cooked on whey, should be left to cool, covered with a towel.

White bread

Ingredients:

  1. Flour - 0.5 kg.
  2. Serum - 0.3 l.
  3. Two tablespoons of sour cream.
