What beautiful crafts made of cardboard and paper. We make easy crafts out of paper. Simple paper crafts. Fox - corrugated paper craft

We learn to make unpretentious paper crafts with our own hands in childhood. A ship, an airplane, a New Year's snowflake, a postcard to mom by March 8 - which of us has not made them at least once. Accessible and malleable material became the basis for the amazing art of origami, invented by the Japanese. About how to do under the tree from paper for home decoration, we will tell you.

For crafts, you can use any paper. Colored sets for children's activities, corrugated sheets, paper napkins, cardboard - all these varieties make entertaining, useful and beautiful things for the home.

In do-it-yourself corrugated paper crafts, flowers look very beautiful and realistic. Rose petals from such paper are obtained like real ones. The same rose can be made in another way by cutting a spiral out of thick paper and bending it outward.

All kinds of boxes, caskets, cardboard coasters will always find application in the household. The turntables, beloved by children, will perfectly fit into the atmosphere of the suburban area. Cardboard Christmas tree toys can be made by the whole family, giving them the most original images.

Turntables for children

A traditional paper fan can become the wings and tail for a bird of paradise, and a cardboard toilet paper cylinder can successfully serve as the basis for an airplane cockpit or a dog's body.

The paper craft “daisy flowers” will look amazing, the production of which will take very little time. The middle of the flower can be made by wrapping a rolled ball of napkin with yellow paper. You should end up with a paper lollipop. Then wrap a strip cut out of corrugated paper several times around it and secure it with a thread. To give the flower a realistic look, shade the edges of the paper with a different color. Craftsmen who have been working with paper for a long time create amazing things. These are flower arrangements, figurines of animals and birds, and picturesque panels.

paper garland - This is a universal decoration for both the New Year and the birthday. It can also become a permanent decorative element for a nursery or bedroom. Since our task is to teach you how to make paper crafts with your own hands, we will not only tell you, but also show you the entire manufacturing process.

garland links

Let's start with the preparation of tools and materials. We will need:

colored paper

Our goal is a flat chain garland. What do you need to assemble a chain? Of course, links. We will cut them out of colored paper.

3D chain garland

Multilayer colored paper garland

Important! Decide in advance what size links and chain length you need. Proceeding from this, prepare the amount of colored paper.

Let's get to work:

Fold a sheet of paper in half.

We draw on one side the shape of the link. It can be a circle, an elongated loop, a square or a heart, as you like.

The first link can be used as a template for subsequent parts, so as not to draw it every time.

Cut out the link along the outlined lines.

Having prepared a sufficient number of links, we begin to assemble the garland.

Glue both halves of the link.

We pass the next, not yet glued link into it, and then glue it as well.

We continue to assemble the garland to the length we need.

The whole family can take part in the work process. Distribute responsibilities and things will go faster.

Volume application from paper - heart

The easiest way is to cut a flower out of colored paper, stick it on a white sheet and the application is ready. Even a child can complete such a picture, which he successfully does in labor lessons. For the creativity of an adult, we offer voluminous paper crafts, including applications.

This is the panel we should get.

Paper panel with terry effect

Let's prepare for work:

Colored paper (blue, yellow, green and brown).

Pencil.

A piece of cardboard for the base.

Since we have to create a paper and cardboard craft with our own hands, we will draw up a step-by-step instruction.

We line the paper into squares with a side of 2 cm.

Cut the paper into squares.

We take one square, put the sharp end of the pencil in its center and crumple the paper around the pencil. (In order not to tear the paper, blunt the pencil, and twist the canopy).

Having prepared a sufficient number of details, we proceed to the “writing out” of the panel.

We draw the borders of colored fragments on the cardboard.

We begin to fill them in by sticking the prepared squares. For ease of operation, we string the square on the finger, put a drop of glue on its bottom and press it against the cardboard.

In the same technique, you can perform more complex plot pictures. You can give this paper craft for a birthday or use it as a decor for a summer house or children's room.

Very beautiful do-it-yourself paper crafts can be made by replacing smooth sheets with soft napkins. In order to lay out a panel, you do not need scissors and a pencil, just crumple multi-colored napkins and draw a picture from shapeless spools.

Origami

If you want to decorate your home with paper figurines, you should pay attention to ancient Japanese art. Original origami paper crafts require care and patience when assembling.

Wedding bouquet of the bride

If you first decided to do origami, it is better to start with simple designs. Here, for example, is how a swan is going. In addition to the scheme, we have compiled a step-by-step description for such a paper craft with our own hands.

Take a square sheet of paper of a size convenient for you.

Fold the sheet in half diagonally.

Bend in both directions and return to the starting position.

We bend the sides of the square adjacent to one corner to the central diagonal.

We make the wings of a swan by bending the tops of the resulting triangles at an angle.

Turn the folded sheet down and fold up diagonally.

We measure 1/3 of the length of its largest side to the base of the resulting triangle.

Now the left sharp corner must be turned inside out. Make sure that its sides form a right angle with the base.

We bend the top of the resulting small triangle 1 time to get the neck of a swan.

We get the tail of the swan by bending the right triangle of our workpiece in parallel. Fold them into an accordion and the figure is ready.

Please note that the first experience of assembling origami may not be ideal in execution. Don't worry, repeat the fold a few times to fill your hand.

Paper crafts - video

From plain paper, you can make a lot of crafts that will keep your baby entertained and useful. As you know, cutting and gluing parts from paper develop the fine motor skills of the child, and also allow the child to show their imagination and creativity. After all, you can make absolutely anything out of paper that has enough imagination. And we will help you and your baby get a portion of inspiration and tell you what can be made from paper.

What can be done from paper for children?

We make paper applications for children 1-3 years old

Basket with mushrooms

We'll need

  • Sample
  • Paper
  • Pieces of colored paper
  • PVA glue

At this age, it is still too early to handle scissors and perform complex craft items. Therefore, it is better to start with simple applications.

  1. Take a sheet of paper and draw a basket on it or circle its template.
  2. Cut mushrooms of different shapes and sizes from colored paper for your child.
  3. Cut small pieces of brown and yellow paper.
  4. Have your child cover the basket with pieces of paper. You need to try to fill all its space without going beyond the edges.
  5. Then let him fill the basket with mushrooms. Glue the mushrooms to the basket.

Also, the basket can be cut out of paper and glued, or painted with paints.

Aquarium with fish

We'll need

  • colored paper
  • Scissors
  • felt-tip pens

If the child does not yet know how to cut out objects, it is better to do it for him. Prepare all materials in advance.

  1. Take a blue sheet of paper and cut out a semicircle. This is for the aquarium. You can leave the sheet as it is - a rectangular shape. After all, aquariums come in different shapes.
  2. Prepare small details for the baby, cut out fish, algae, pebbles and bubbles.
  3. Ask the baby to make the bottom of the aquarium by pasting it with paper pebbles.
  4. Then, to make the fish comfortable, populate their house with algae.
  5. Now you can "run" the fish - glue them.
  6. Fish also breathe, only with gills and under water, so let's add air bubbles to the fish.
  7. Draw scales and eyes as desired.

What else can kids do with paper?

It is best for children at such an early age to start mastering creativity by creating simple applications from small pieces of paper. Be sure to do crafts under the supervision of an adult.

  • Anything can be made from pieces of paper, even a cow. Don't forget to decorate it with a flower:

  • They say that bears and fish are not very friendly, although the former love the latter very much:

Paper crafts for children from 3 years old

Passionate "Chtun"

We will need:

  • Sheet of colored paper
  • Sheet of white paper
  • Scissors
  • Paper glue
  • felt-tip pens
  1. Ask your child what his favorite book is. Fold a sheet of A4 white paper in half to make a booklet and ask your child to draw the cover of the book on it with felt-tip pens. Let him also write on it its name and the name of the writer, if he already knows how to do this. If not, then help him with this.
  2. Cut three strips from a colored sheet about 2.5 cm wide. Of the two we will make legs, and we will divide one into a pair of “chtuna” handles. Fold your legs like an accordion.
  3. The remaining rectangle of paper is the torso of our being. Glue the legs to it.
  4. Cut the sheet for hands in half and let the child draw fingers on the tips. This can be easily done by drawing a grid: 4 vertical stripes and one horizontal one below. Glue the arms to the body. Insert the book into them with glue.
  5. Bend your upper body forward. Make a torn bang with scissors, cutting in a zigzag.
  6. Cut out a couple of circles from white paper and draw their pupils inside. Glue them to the body. You can also draw glasses from them, as shown in the picture.
  7. Now it remains to finish the parts of the face: a smile, a nose, etc.

Attach "chtuna" near the shelf with books. So he will remind the baby of reading and will be a kind of call to read something.

Volume Bunny

We'll need

  • Paper (white or color)
  • Scissors
  • Paper glue
  • felt-tip pen
  • Ruler
  1. We take a sheet of paper and cut out two strips horizontally along the width of the ruler.
  2. We bend the first strip into two UNEQUAL parts and cut it. We turn each of them into a ringlet and glue it together. Both rings are glued to each other.
  3. Cut the second strip into three equal parts. Cut one of them lengthwise into two thin strips - these will be bunny ears. Make a loop out of each and glue. We glue the resulting ears with the head - a smaller ring.
  4. From the second part we make the legs in the same way as the ears. Glue them on the bottom of the body.
  5. We cut the third part lengthwise into two thin strips, but now we round off its corners with scissors. We pass this strip through a large ring - the body and glue it inside so that the legs stick out.
  6. From the last strip we make a small ring - a tail. To do this, it is necessary to shorten it a little. Glue on the back.
  7. It remains only to draw the eyes and nose of the bunny with a felt-tip pen.

Hat - dinosaur

We will need:

  • Colored paper - 3 sheets
  • Paper glue
  • Scotch
  • Scissors
  1. First you need to cut 4 strips about 3 cm wide along the length of the sheet. Two of them will go to the circumference, and the rest - across the "hat" (thorns will be attached to this part).
  2. From the two remaining sheets of paper, cut strips about 5 cm wide, but now across the sheet (less long). You should get 10 stripes. From them we will make spikes.
  3. Fold each piece in half. Step back about 1-1.5 cm from the fold line and draw a triangle markup to the edge of the part, as in the picture below. Cut out without reaching the fold line.
  4. Glue the strips for the cross piece and glue the spikes to it, as shown in the photo.
  5. Let the glue dry. At this time, measure the size of the baby's head. Glue the rim of the cap along its diameter with adhesive tape. The same with the transverse side.
  6. Now tightly glue the triangles of spikes together with glue. While the glue dries, it is better to secure the spikes with paper clips or clips so that they do not fall apart.
  7. Glue the comb to the hat at the front and back.

What else can be done from paper for a child?

You can make any headdress out of paper, which will be a great accessory for a festive or any other holiday.

  • A headdress is a great addition to a costume party. You will hardly find such a hat in the store:

crocodiles

We will need:

  • colored paper
  • Scissors
  • felt-tip pen
  1. The principle of creating crafts is similar to rabbits. Also make 4 strips of paper. Divide two of them into equal parts. We will need about 10 not long strips.
  2. Roll one strip into a ring. Insert the other inside the ring and glue it as well. It's like making a paper garland.
  3. Take a piece from the other strip and fold it in half. Draw an elongated triangle, slightly retreating from the fold line. Cut out without touching the seam. This will be the mouth of the crocodile. Bend the nose of the crocodile so that it looks like a crocodile face.
  4. Cut out two small triangles and glue them inside the mouth. Draw fangs with a felt-tip pen.
  5. Slip your head through the top ring of your torso and secure with tape.
  6. Cut into thin strips. Round one around the edges and stick it inside the triangle and glue it. These will be the eyes. Draw them with a marker.
  7. From other thin ribbons, create 4 paws and attach them under the belly of the crocodile.
  8. Insert a strip of paper at the end of the body, glue it into a loop and cut a corner at the end. This will be the tail of the crocodile.

rainbow and clouds

We'll need

  • Colored paper - colors of the rainbow
  • Thread - 60 cm
  • Beads - 3-4 pcs.
  • Scissors
  • PVA glue
  • sewing needle
  • stapler
  1. Cut 7 strips of each color of the rainbow 4 cm wide and 29 cm long red, each color 2 cm smaller than the previous one.
  2. Draw a line in the center of each stripe with a pencil. Now fold the ribbons on top of each other so that the centers match.
  3. Pierce all the ribbons in the center with a needle. Let an adult do it. The thread will be threaded through this hole in the future.
  4. Now fold the strips so that the edges match (see picture). Sew with a stapler in this place.
  5. Align the other side of the rainbow along one line and sew with a stapler. You should get such a blank.
  6. 6. Now we thread the needle and put on one bead, and tie it in a knot so that it does not fall on. We thread the thread through the rainbow into the hole that we made at the very beginning of the work. At the top, tie the thread with a loop.
  7. You can also add a few beads if you like. Cut out 9 droplets of the same size, bend them along the length. We stick one drop on the thread, but do not stick it to the end. One volumetric droplet should consist of three flat ones. Therefore, we fasten their sides together (photo below).
  8. Decorate the ends of the rainbow. Also thread a thread with a bead into them and add a drop.
  9. Now it remains only to add fluffy clouds by gluing them to the ends of the rainbow with cotton wool and glue.

The pendant can decorate a child's nursery, delighting him with bright colors on cloudy days. Or you can give the craft to dad so that he places this gift in his workplace. He will always remind him that a loving family is waiting for him at home.

Paper origami crafts for children from 7 years old

Stationery organizer

We'll need

  • Thick paper - 6 sheets (different colors)
  1. Each compartment must be done separately. To do this, take a sheet of paper, fold it into a triangle and cut it so as to make a square format out of it.
  2. Then we fold it in half, bend the resulting side doors even inward in halves. We turn the sheet over, make the same folds. As a result, the sheet should turn out all in square lines.
  3. We bend each corner inward, as shown in the picture and turn the two sides inward.
  4. Then turn the craft over and bend inward on both sides. We insert a piece of colored paper into the resulting pockets, cut it to size, if necessary.
  5. We insert one side into the hole of the other, forming a three-sided cup.
  6. Repeat these simple movements with the 5 remaining sheets of paper.
  7. Glue the resulting cups together. Circle the bottom on a plain sheet of paper, cut it out and glue it to the cup.

This is perhaps the simplest and least costly type of creativity for children and adults. And probably, there is no person who has not launched a paper airplane at least once in his life, and these endless ways to make your liner faster brought so much joy and the first children's victories. In this article, we will look at some interesting crafts that you can easily repeat with your children. Creative activities with paper will be interesting not only for kids, but also for school-age children. Making paper crafts develops fine motor skills, teaches the child to work with scissors, to be neat, patient and attentive.

And all that for children's joy, we need scissors, glue, a couple of sheets of paper, for more advanced users, a couple of colored sheets of paper (cardboard). And you will definitely make your baby happy. In the process of working with very small crumbs, you can remember colors, shapes in a playful way and just have a great time.

Today we would like to offer you some simple techniques that even the smallest can handle to make their own origami.

For the first type of crafts, we need

  1. Scissors;
  2. Glue;
  3. Markers or pens;
  4. Several sheets of colored paper.

The technique for making such paper crafts is very simple. All we need is to choose our favorite character or animal. Choose the right paper color and get started.

How to make paper craft?

Below, let's take a look at three simple paper crafts: a mouse, a bunny and a bee.

As an example, consider the manufacture of a mouse.

Step 1:

We need to prepare everything necessary for work. To make a mouse, we need to cut out the following elements from paper:

  • 1 rectangle (for the body of the mouse). Make the sides of the rectangle pointed, as shown in the example. (this will be the head of the mouse);
  • 3 thin strips (this will be the antennae);
  • 1 triangle for the spout;
  • blanks for the ears 2 larger ovals and 2 smaller ovals, glue them together;
  • blanks for the peephole 2 larger ovals in white and 2 smaller ovals in black, glue them together;
  • 1 ponytail, cut a slightly twisted strip from paper.

Step 2:

Now that we have all the elements of the mouse, we need to fasten it with glue. We bend our largest rectangle (torso) in half, but do not press it, glue the front part. We are waiting for the glue to set.

Step 3:

We glue all the other elements of the mustache, nose, tail and ears to the finished main part.

Examples of work in a similar technique.

For the second type of crafts, we need

The next type of paper craft is also very easy to make, but very colorful and bright. Such crafts will also look beautiful as bowls for pens and pencils.

  1. Scissors;
  2. Glue;
  3. Markers or pens;
  4. Cardboard cone.

For example, consider the manufacture of a bee

Step 1:

We need to prepare everything necessary for work. To make a bee, we need to cut out the following elements from paper:

  • 1 large rectangle the size of the cone you chose for the craft;
  • 3 black stripes;
  • blank for wings, make it the same as in the example;
  • 1 circle, this will be the face of the bee;
  • mustache blanks.

Step 2:

At this stage, we need to take the cone and glue it with a blank of a large rectangle.

Step 3:

While the glue on our cone dries, we can prepare the face of our character. Draw eyes and a smile on the prepared circle, then glue on the antennae.

Step 4:

We continue to work with the cone, glue the stripes characteristic of the bee on it, approximately at the same distance.

Step 5:

We collect our bee, glue all the remaining elements on our cone. The bee is ready.

Examples of work in a similar technique

For the third type of crafts, we need

The third version of crafts is slightly different from the first two. It takes a little more time and patience to make. But these types of paper crafts look very beautiful and stylish. And they are suitable not only for children's creativity, but also for decorating a room and many more different applications.

  1. Scissors;
  2. Glue;
  3. Pencil;
  4. Several sheets of colored paper;
  5. Ruler.

As an example, consider the manufacture of a bunny.

Step 1:

We need to prepare everything necessary for work. To make a bunny, we need to cut out the following elements from paper:

  • circle, this will be a blank for the face of a bunny;
  • 4 oblong ovals for ears (2 a little more, 2 a little less) glue them together to make ears;

Step 2:

We need to make the base of our bunny. We take a sheet of A4 paper, now we need to make something similar to an accordion. So that at the end, our bunny turned out to be even, use a ruler to divide the A4 sheet into even parts. Now, along the marked lines, we bend our leaf into an accordion. To make the bunny bigger and more embossed, you can make several of these harmonicas

Step 3:

The next step in our work is to glue our finished accordions together with glue to make a circle.

Step 4:

Glue the face of our bunny and ready-made ears onto the finished circle. You can make several of these bunnies and fasten them together with a thread and decorate the room with such a cute DIY garland.

Examples of other works performed in a similar technique.

We hope our article was useful for you, leave your comments and send us photos of your work.

Each of us has probably already made something out of paper with our own hands, for example, a mouse on a string for a kitten or a flower for mom on March 8th. Now you can go to the Internet and ... wow, how many things! Here are funny animals, and mysterious birds, and fabulous flowers, and unusual snowflakes .... Do not count everything! How to figure it all out and what paper crafts to choose for repetition?

We tried to demonstrate various types of paper crafts and divided them into groups according to their appearance, purpose, manufacturing method and complexity. Moreover, we have made the most attractive and uncomplicated needlework and prepared accessible master classes.

Cut and glue colored appliqués from stripes, circles and torn paper

Before you do anything, you need to get acquainted with what others have already done. Of course, we will follow this path, observing the principle: from simple to complex.

These fun flat applications are quite simple to make: first you need to draw images of individual elements with a pencil on colored paper, then cut them out with scissors and stick them one by one on a regular landscape sheet. To maintain proportions, you must first make the largest fragment of the craft, and then apply it to sheets of a different color to draw other elements.

You can do it differently: first depict the entire craft on white paper, and then cut out individual parts from it, apply them to a colored sheet and trace with a pencil. The most affordable flat applications can be made by kids from the 2nd to the 4th grade.

These original flat applications are interesting because they are made from paper circles. When repeating, it is only important to observe the proportions of the diameters of individual elements. Let's learn how to make these using the example of a squirrel.

We will need the following materials and tools:

Now we need to prepare the following circles:

We glue the blanks to the base in the following sequence:

  • yellow segment of the upper paw;
  • brown details, that is, the torso and ears;
  • now the second yellow foot, tail and muzzle;
  • back paw, eyes and nose;
  • It remains to paint on the mouth of the animal with a black marker - and the squirrel is ready!

Amazing crafts are made from pieces of torn paper! To make them, you must first apply the outlines of the drawing with a pencil, and then stick the torn pieces of the desired color.

In this way, you can really get a variety of plots. It is important not only to accurately apply the original drawing, but also to choose the right color of paper and the size of the pieces. In this case, very accessible and effective images are possible.

This short tutorial shows how to make a fall tree craft with falling leaves. It is not at all scary if the tree is not depicted very naturally, and the leaves are glued unevenly. The main thing is that the result is impressive, even if a child takes over.

Charming crafts are made from strips of paper. Many of them can be made without the use of glue, using weaving.

To do this, holes are cut in a single-color application into which multi-colored stripes are inserted. To fix individual elements, it is possible to use a stapler. Slots are made with a clerical knife along a metal ruler, and all work is done on a solid, even base.

As an example, let's make a beautiful fish from stripes. We will need the following materials and tools:

  • A4 paper in two colors;
  • ruler;
  • glue;
  • pencil;
  • scissors;
  • pattern.

We collect the fish in stages:

Fish can be made both two-color and one-color. If you hang fish of various colors with the help of threads, then we will find ourselves in the Red Sea.

Schemes of simple and complex volumetric crafts for beginners and experienced

Of course, spatial forms provide great opportunities for making paper crafts. Children successfully create fun, bright and cool figurines of this type with their own hands.

Again we have strips of colored paper, but now they form spatial figures. Stripes can be glued onto a flat base and complemented by a pattern.

Undoubtedly, voluminous crafts are somewhat more complicated than flat applications, but there are quite simple and successful examples. So, fish scales, plumage of a parrot and a lion's mane are very successfully imitated by this method.

Let's learn how to make applications from stripes using the example of a hedgehog. We will need the following materials and tools:

  • yellow and brown paper;
  • white A4 paper;
  • ruler;
  • glue;
  • pencil;
  • scissors;
  • black marker.

The sequence of actions is available to schoolchildren of the age of approximately 2 - 4 grades:

Volumetric figures of animals can be made in various ways. So, an ordinary cone perfectly imitates a fox, and paper cylinders turn into elephants.

It is important to choose the right shapes of the constituent parts, and then masterpieces are obtained: a bright humpbacked bug, fish with funny tails, graceful swans or bunnies with shifted paws.

Let's make a bright fish together. You will need a colored sheet, glue, pencil, black marker and scissors:

A peacock with a chic tail is especially successful! The fact is that paper folded like an accordion holds its shape well in one of the directions, which makes it easier to create spatial figures. Bright fish from the Red Sea, temperamental Spanish dancers and nimble hedgehogs from our forest are made of paper folded like an accordion.

As you can see, the suns, and the mushrooms, and the fox, and the Russian beauties are no less successful using the same method. Let's make a beautiful girl together. You will need A4 cardboard, white, yellow, beige and blue paper, glue, pencil, red and black markers and scissors. It is very good if there are eyes, flowers and beads from a children's set for creativity:

Special parchment or corrugated paper already has a wavy structure, and it does not need to be folded like an accordion. Original children's crafts are made from such material, but flowers are especially good from corrugated paper, which we will demonstrate later.

It is really possible to make wonderful applications from napkins, moreover, torn and wrinkled. Each lump will have to be fixed with glue and you will get a colorful mosaic.

As you can see, literally any plot can be depicted in this way: from bugs and butterflies to a natural landscape. To create a successful picture, you need to correctly draw the contours of the image on a flat sheet, choose the colors well and be ready for painstaking work.

Let's learn how to make applications from napkins using an apple as an example. You will need red napkins, green paper, cardboard, glue, pencil and scissors:

Volumetric paper applications turn into works of art if they are done competently and tastefully. Any of the images presented in the photo can take its rightful place in the house as a picture.

Obviously, we have some pretty cool crafts in front of us, the manufacture of which will require some experience. It is difficult to take your eyes off such work, but the painstaking work will be appreciated by relatives and friends.

Original products and things made of colored paper with practically no glue in various techniques

Paper crafts are widespread in Japanese culture. Accordingly, many of the original techniques for working with colored paper are named in the language of this country.

These paper animals are made using the origami technique. Crafts have original shapes and seem very complex. However, if there is a template, an assembly scheme and a description of such animals, schoolchildren will be able to repeat all this.

This photo shows simpler crafts that 3rd, 4th, or 5th grade students can make. Most of them can be made without the help of glue.

It is interesting to make a moving origami toy - a frog that can jump. For this we need green paper. This craft is easier to make with the help of the attached video.

The photo shows crafts made from pre-prepared colored paper modules. Products assembled using the modular origami technique amaze the imagination with their texture and shapes.

Modules come in various sizes, and it is really possible to assemble almost everything from them. The individual elements of the craft are fastened together without the use of glue, but it is often used to ensure the necessary strength of the structure.

To try the modular origami technique, let's make a small flower or star. We will need paper of any two colors, we will use yellow and pink colors:

  1. We need to make modules from sheets of paper, for this we need to divide the A4 colored sheet into 16 identical rectangles.
  2. Take a rectangle and fold it in half horizontally.
  3. Next, fold the workpiece in half vertically, and then immediately unbend.
  4. We fold the upper corners of the part to the vertical bend line.
  5. Now we need to turn over our workpiece.
  6. We bend the protruding parts from below.
  7. Again we bend the parts that look out at the edges.
  8. We fold the part vertically and get the module.
  9. For crafts, we need 10 modules for the core, in our case they are pink, and 45 modules for the petals, we have them in yellow.
  10. We start making a flower from its core. We place two pink modules together.
  11. We fasten them with the help of another module, into which they must fit tightly.
  12. We apply another module from the edge to an already existing workpiece.
  13. We also attach it to another module.
  14. In the same way, we dock another module on the side and attach it.
  15. We repeat the previous step, now we have the very first and the very last modules in contact.
  16. We put another module on the two extreme ones, connecting them.
  17. Now let's make a petal. To do this, we place two yellow modules next to each other.
  18. We fasten them with the help of another.
  19. We attach one module to the left and right to the extreme sash of the modules of the second row.
  20. In the same way, we attach two more modules on each side. The petal is ready!
  21. We need 5 of these parts.
  22. Now you can start connecting the parts. We take the core and put on it the extreme modules of the petal, as shown in the photo.
  23. We do the same with the rest of the petals and align them.
  24. This is the kind of flower we have!

Crafts using the Kusudama technique are also assembled from the same type of modules, but in this case they are glued together. The constituent elements can have a wide variety of designs, providing a variety of finished products.

Best of all, using Kusudama technology, multi-colored balls of a fantastic structure are obtained, as well as flowers. Let's learn how to make a kusudama flower ball. You will need orange sheets of paper, glue and scissors:

The photo shows samples of a relatively new technology for making paper crafts called papercraft. (“Paper” is not about dad, but about paper. “Kraft” is power, you can say the same about dad.)

Using the papercraft technique, it is possible to make wonderful three-dimensional animal figurines of a special style. It is likely that it is not easy to develop such a craft, but it is quite possible to cut it according to a template and glue it together.

Let's make a funny dog using this technology. In this case, it is allowed to make a template in two ways: either cut it out of white cardboard and then paint it, or make it from beige cardboard and then stick the parts from colored paper. A combination option is also possible.

The template can be pre-printed or transferred to the cells. Next, the figurine is glued in places that are not painted in the image. While the glue dries, it is better to fix the craft with paper clips and rubber bands.

Another Japanese word - kirigami reminds us of a fairy tale from the national theater of this country. A variety of crafts and plots are possible.

Interesting "open books" in the technique of kirigami with a voluminous plot. Of course, for the manufacture of such crafts, you need some experience.

We will make a fairly simple lawn with green grass and flowers in the style of kirigami. Such a craft can be rolled up like a book and carried away in a backpack, and then unfolded again.

We need the following things: cardboard, colored paper, scissors, ruler, pencil and glue:

Interesting homemade products from newspaper and magazine tubes, kraft paper

When you first see a craft made from newspaper or magazine tubes, you do not immediately understand what they are made of. Meanwhile, such products have good strength and are suitable for practical use in everyday life, so they can be safely used as gifts.

The coloring and color of the paper, its quality and density matter: in one case, a color magazine is suitable, in the other case, a newspaper is used.

Quite often, wrapping or kraft paper is used. Its brown color is perfect for many crafts. In other cases, the wrapping paper is dyed.

Consider the process of making a small owl from newspaper tubes. We need the following things: newspaper, glue, building soil and color, knitting needles with a diameter of 1.5-3mm, scissors and clothespins. For weaving, we need seven tubes 30 cm long - five brown and two green:

As you can see, kraft paper does not have to be rolled into tubes. From it, as well as from packaging bags, it is possible to make, among other things, original and simple children's crafts.

It is easy to make a colorful autumn tree from an ordinary gray bag. In addition to the package, you will need glue, scissors, yellow and red paper:

Templates for cool children's toys and cardboard houses

Cardboard provides special opportunities for making crafts for children. From them you can make big toys, using which you can hide in a house, roar in a bulldozer or purr in an airplane. Old cardboard boxes are perfect for this purpose.

A cardboard house is very popular and can be made in a variety of ways, including for a cat. To assemble such structures, a special glue gun or adhesive tape is very convenient to use.

As follows from the photo, both fairly simple children's crafts and designer jewelry are possible from cardboard. Obviously, repeating this yourself is quite realistic.

Let's build a house out of cardboard for children. You will need the following things: a large corrugated box, a clerical knife and adhesive tape:

Cool paper decorations for interior and everyday life

Both professionals and amateurs have developed a considerable number of crafts for interior decoration and useful in everyday life. To do anything really: we look together and evaluate.

Let's start with the simplest children's applications that serve as bookmarks for books. Several options are possible.

For example, origami bookmarks can be made without the use of glue. In this case, designer paper with a pattern is well suited.

Let's make the simplest origami bookmark:

This is what our bookmark looks like on the page of the book. Holds up well.

Colorful fish, bats, cranes and butterflies will serve as a worthy exclusive decoration for any home. Probably, such work can be done by the whole family together.

In nature, butterflies strive for light, which can be depicted around a chandelier in an apartment. Flowers for decorating the walls of housing can be used in different ways.

For interior design, literally any of the techniques we have considered can be used, it is only important to give free rein to imagination. DIY paper decorations can be made according to the illustration, which is self-explanatory.

Paper snowflakes are a classic of the genre. They are cut out by both adults and children, both at home and at work, and at school.

Volumetric snowflakes are especially lovely. Their complexity is apparent, such are easily made by small children.

Let's get back to decorating the interior, now for the New Year. Colored paper crafts are especially appropriate in this case, since their bright unusualness is especially good in combination with cheapness and a short service life.

Unusual paper flowers can be made in many ways

Undoubtedly, flowers from a variety of papers occupy a special place. Let's evaluate the most common technologies for their manufacture.

The most uncomplicated are the very applications with which we began our story. For many, this is the first gift for mom on March 8, made on their own.

Unusual 3D handmade flowers are, of course, more difficult. But there is an opportunity to create a real work of art.

One of the options is quilling flowers. You will have to work hard on such creations, but the result is clearly worth it.

In the photo we have the already mentioned strips of paper. Certain types of flowers from such material are obtained as real ones.

We keep our promise to introduce crepe paper flowers. Obviously, this material is suitable for simulating them better than anyone else. Both individual flowers and bouquets are very close in appearance to their natural counterparts.

Do-it-yourself paper toys

A variety of things are made from ordinary paper! All homemade products are definitely not counted.

Before us is a paper machine gun that shoots the same bullets. To make a toy, you should use the material of the article

Rules for safe work with glue and scissors for children and adults

Scissors and glue, and especially a clerical knife, can cause very unpleasant injuries and consequences. We will very briefly list the circumstances that should be taken into account both by children and by adults responsible for them:

  1. scissors for children should have rounded ends;
  2. they should be properly sharpened and adjusted;
  3. no need to play with scissors or a knife, swing them around, bring them closer to your face;
  4. give the scissors to a friend with the rings forward, put the rings towards you in the closed state while working;
  5. (5 rated for 4,60 from 5 )

The idea to make a bouquet of paper flowers is very good. For paper crafts, we need to purchase colored paper, cardboard, felt-tip pens, a stationery knife, ribbon, scissors and PVA glue.

paper bouquet

First you need to make three blanks for each flower, two of which should be the same color, they should have six petals.

Place one blank in front of you, on top of which stick a circle.

On the mug, pre-make holes for the eyes and mouth in the form of a smiley face.

After gluing the mug with the flower, you need to paint the eyes with a black felt-tip pen, and then bend the petals inward.

The next step is to cut out the stem, which we later attach to the flower, and on the other side of the flower, you need to attach the same blank.

Also for a bouquet, you can make leaves that can be made from green paper.

First you need to draw an oval and cut it out, and then make notches using scissors.

In order for the individual pieces of paper crafts to become a single whole, tie the flowers with a ribbon or some other fabric to decorate the bouquet.

Such a bouquet will never wither and will be a great decoration for your home.

Simple crafts from plastic bottles

The simplest crafts for children include crafts from bottles.

For example, you can make a piggy bank from a bottle, which requires only a marker, a clerical knife, dice (4 pieces), a small bottle, glue and colored paper.

The first step is to cut a straight line, the width of which can be 5 centimeters, and the length of this line should be enough to girth the bottle.

With a marker we draw eyes, and on the bottle cap we draw nostrils. Using a clerical knife, cut a hole for coins.

As legs for the pig, you need to attach the dice with glue.

Note!

This craft develops the imagination of the child, and is also useful in everyday life.

Ball of thread

The craft can be used as a lampshade for a lamp or simply hung as a decoration.

A ball of thread is made very simply, for its manufacture you will need colored threads, a ball, and transparent glue.

First we need to inflate the balloon and tie its tip so that the air does not escape.

Then the inflated balloon must be wrapped with threads, after which glue should be applied to the surface of the balloon and wait until it dries.

Note!

Now you need to separate the ball from the threads, for this, just pierce it with a needle and the whole craft is ready.

Gnome from plasticine and cones

As a simple DIY craft, you can make a gnome. For crafts, you will need a pine cone directly, light-colored plasticine, pieces of fabric, glue and a brush.

First of all, the child must roll a ball from a piece of plasticine, after which, using a brush, you need to make indentations for the nose, eyes and mouth on the ball.

At the next stage of our craft, it is necessary to attach the resulting head to the top of the cone.

Then the child should cut a triangle out of the fabric and glue it on the sides, the result should be a cone. The cone will play the role of a hat for our character.

Note!

At the end, you need to make fabric mittens, and then attach them to the cone using plasticine and our cone gnome is ready.

paper bookmark

As a simple craft for kindergarten, a paper bookmark is perfect. To make this simple craft, kids will need a pencil, ruler, colored paper, scissors and glue.

To begin, the children must draw a square measuring 20 by 20 centimeters.

Then divide the resulting square into 4 identical parts with a pencil and a ruler, as a result there will be 4 squares measuring 5 by 5 centimeters.

The second step is to divide the upper right and lower left square in such a way as to get triangles, that is, you need to draw a line diagonally from the upper corner to the lower corner.

We do not need triangles with an outer side and can be crossed out.

Then it is necessary to cut out a figure from paper without taking into account the crossed out triangles.

The top triangle needs to be trimmed. If everything is done correctly, then the paper will be in the shape of a diamond, to which two triangles are glued.

The next step is to fold all the triangles in half, and then alternately put them on the tip of the rhombus. You should get a pocket that will fit on the tip of the page of the book.

To make an original bookmark, children can be advised to cut out some application from colored paper.
