  • 50-70 pieces of peeled walnuts;

We start by preparing the ingredients of the dishes properly: wash and cut the onion smaller, and cut the chicken into the pieces you are used to. We heat water (about a liter), in which we dissolve salt, allspice, apple cider vinegar and pour in brandy. Add the chopped onion to this as well. We will need:

  • chicken (weighing about 700-800 gr);
  • natural honey - 2-3 tbsp. spoons;
  • half a glass of peeled walnuts;
  • 1 st. l. melted butter;
  • 200 ml of milk;
  • salt - add to taste.

The chicken is being prepared - it is necessary to remove the skin from it and cut into portions. After that, it is smeared with a mixture of honey and ghee, then sent to the refrigerator for 2-2.5 hours. After this time, the chicken must be salted and placed in a double boiler basket.   • chicken - medium size;
  • soy sauce - 2 tablespoons is enough;
  • honey - also 2 tablespoons;
  • potatoes - for the simultaneous preparation of a side dish - 500 grams;
  • special - according to your taste.
  1. As usual, wash the chicken thoroughly, after which you can either cut it in half in the center of the chest, or leave the whole carcass (in our family, the second option is more attractive).
