If it’s not possible to stand at the stove, then I leave a spoon in a saucepan, as in the photo (the probability of porridge escaping is reduced) and I immediately set the cooking mode to the very minimum (it turns out a little longer, but sometimes it’s more convenient).

After boiling the porridge, cover the pan with a lid and cook on a small mode for 30-40 minutes. I stir the porridge from time to time.

The porridge has thickened, the cereal is soft. Now the important point - we leave the porridge for 20 minutes to walk. Spelled groats do not boil during cooking, but swell and caviar porridge is obtained.
