After two weeks, start treatment by dripping twenty-five drops into one-third of a glass of water and drink three times a day before meals.
  • Prepare a rubbing tincture from freshly picked lilac flowers. Pick up lilac inflorescences, separate the flowers to make about a third of a glass, and pour a glass of vodka. Leave for a week in a dark place. Rub the tincture on the chest and back once a day, using one spoon per procedure. Temperature rise is possible, but you should not be afraid, this testifies that the rubbing has begun its therapeutic effect.

Honey should be present in your diet every day, and in Tibetan medicine it is added to all decoctions and infusions.

Nutrition for sarcoidosis

As such, there is no diet for this disease. But there are dietary guidelines.

Patients during illness should not eat all dairy products, incl. cheese . All dishes made from flour or with the addition of flour, incl. bread . Sugar and sugar-containing products . Add salt to prepared meals as little as possible.
