I will not say that tablets and aerosols have some kind of strong therapeutic effect. They are good only in one case, when the problem is solved in a complex way. Without losing weight, without giving up the bad habit of smoking, it is foolish to hope for the effect of drugs.

Prevention is an effective measure to prevent the appearance of "annoying sounds". I have identified several areas of such measures for myself.
