- black or green tea - 1 tsp;
- chopped currant leaves - 2 tbsp. l.
How to brew:

- crushed, they need to be placed in a teapot, send tea leaves there;
- pour everything together with boiling water;
- leave the drink and let it gain useful properties for a quarter of an hour.
