  • pitted olives 50 g (optional)

We wash the mushrooms (mushrooms are often used to make Korean salads), cut them into pieces, then fry them in vegetable oil, salt, add spices to taste.

Grate the cheese. Boil the chicken meat, separate it from the bones, cut it.
We boil hard-boiled eggs, peel them, separate their yolks from proteins. We rub the whites on a grater, knead the yolks with a fork.

Put the chicken meat on the bottom of the salad bowl, grease with mayonnaise, then put the mushrooms, then the proteins, then the cheese and grease each layer with mayonnaise. Sprinkle chopped yolks on top. We decorate the salad with chips, they are the petals of our sunflower.

We cut the olives into four parts, decorate the salad with them - these are sunflower seeds, and put some yolks in the center.

You can make, to decorate a sunflower, a ladybug from a small tomato: cut the tomato into two parts, cut out the head from it, and make the spots from the olive, mark the eyes with dots from mayonnaise. And you can also put on a salad - a bee made from olive slices and wings from chips. The salad looks very beautiful and appetizing!
