Beat with a mixer until a homogeneous mixture without protein flakes. Add salt and sugar, stir. The taste of the pancakes turned out to be very tasty, the subtle sweetness of the dough did not spoil the overall impression at all.

I sift the flour in batches. First I pour a glass, then I start adding a little, so as not to thicken the dough too much. In principle, if it turns out thicker than necessary, you can always dilute it with boiling water, water, or pour in more kefir.
