How to connect

Before starting the registration of the cash desk, it is necessary to install a fiscal drive and conclude an agreement with the OFD. You should also register the device with the tax office. To configure the cash register, you can use the built-in functionality of the cash register or the Orion Config Master program. In both cases, the procedure will be as follows:

1. Enter the TIN of the organization and the registration office of the cash desk
2. Specify one or more taxation systems
3. Specify the operating modes of the cash desk (encryption, offline, services or EGAIS)
4. Specify the TIN of the fiscal data operator
5. Enter the name and legal address of the company
6. Specify the place of settlement
7. Enter the name of the OFD
8. Enter data to connect to OFD

To open a shift and start working with cash registers, you need to turn on the device and click the Total button. The cashier will print a check with a warning - after that, click the Total button again. To print an X report, press the Mode button until Choice 2 appears, and then press the Total button twice. Now you can punch checks.

To check a check at a free price, enter the amount, click the button with the department number, and then click the Total button. If you need to specify a certain quantity of goods, then before specifying the amount, enter the quantity of the goods and press *. If you need to calculate the change, then before clicking the Total button, enter the amount received from the buyers. For non-cash payment, after the check amount, click the Settings button, then - 1.

You can set up the product database using the internal cash register software or the same Orion Config Master. The program requires an up-to-date version of Microsoft Excel. The base, which will be formed using it, can be transferred to other cash desks of the same manufacturer.

• First parameter: TIN of an individual entrepreneur or organization (TIN = XXXXXXXXXXXX, for example 0123456789210).
• Second parameter: CCP registration number.
• The third parameter: the taxation system (1 - OSN, 2 - STS, 3 - STS - expense, 4 - UTII, 5 - UST, 6 - Patent. SNO is entered according to the template 000000 - where each subsequent zero corresponds to the system in the above order. K for example, 000006 for a Patent or 020400 (to indicate two or more CHOs, in this case USN and UTII).
• Fourth parameter: operating mode of the cash register - 1 - encryption, 2 - offline mode, 4 - services, 5 - EGAIS. The data is entered in the same way as the tax system data, but the template for this parameter is 0000.
• Fifth parameter: cash register registration type (0 = registration, 1= re-registration)
• Sixth parameter: applies only in case of re-registration and fixes its reason - 1 - replacement of FN, 2 - replacement of OFD, 3 - change of details, 4 - change of cash register settings).
• Seventh parameter: TIN OFD (template XXXXXXXXXXXX).

Mode of work with fiscal memory.

The mode is intended for registration and re-registration of details of a trading company in fiscal memory, receiving reports on sales (services) by a trading company for a period.

To enter the mode of working with fiscal memory, you must:

· Enable KKM. The indicator will display the current date and time.

· Correct it using the numeric keypad, if necessary, and press the "TOTAL" key. The message "SELECT" will appear on the display.

· If the password of the first cashier is not programmed, then the cash register immediately enters the cash register mode. To exit the mode, press the "MODE" key.

· Sequentially press the key MODE” until the INSPECTOR symbol appears on the display.

· Press the key TOTAL". If KKM is not fiscalized, it falls into the fiscal regime.

If the cash register is fiscalized, the display will prompt you to enter the password for access to the mode and the sign KEY

· Use the numeric keypad to enter the access password. Press the "TOTAL" key. The display will show “ARE YOU SURE?”. To confirm the password, press the "TOTAL" key again.

If the access password is entered incorrectly four times, exit from the mode is blocked until the correct password is entered.

This mode has the following sub-modes:

1 - fiscalization and re-registration of cash registers,

2 - output of the fiscal report on the dates of closing shifts in full or abbreviated versions,

3 - output of the fiscal report on the numbers of closing shifts in full or abbreviated versions,

4 - control of serial number of KKM.

The choice of the required submode is carried out by successive pressing of the button “Pr. total” until the corresponding submode number is displayed on the indicator. Entering the mode is carried out by the button "TOTAL".
