This salad is especially good when guests are already on the doorstep and there is no time for a snack. Don’t be afraid of culinary experiments; if there is no red pepper, add green pepper. There are no canned peas - pickled cucumber will replace it.

You will need:

  • 300 grams of sauerkraut;
  • 250 grams of pickled small mushrooms;
  • 1 red bell pepper;
  • 150 grams of canned green peas;
  • any vegetable oil - to taste.

Cooking time: 10 minutes, 100 g of prepared salad contains 28 kcal.

Quickly prepare a salad with pickled honey mushrooms this way:

Step 1. Peel the pepper pod from partitions and seeds, chop into strips.

Step 2. Place sauerkraut, green peas, bell peppers and honey mushrooms in a salad bowl, mix and pour over any vegetable oil you have.

A simple chicken recipe

  • chicken breast – 1 half;

  • sweet pepper – 1 green pod;
  • 1 red onion + 3 sprigs of mint;
  • refined oil - to taste;
  • black pepper + sea salt – a pinch;
  • 15 ml lemon juice.

How to prepare a salad with pickled honey mushrooms and chicken:

  1. Season the meat, then pound it. Heat refined oil in a grill pan and fry the fillet until cooked;
  2. Peel the onion, chop into strips and sprinkle with lemon juice. Chop mint leaves. Cut the green pepper into pieces, removing the membranes and seeds. Place the chopped vegetables in a salad bowl, sprinkle with oil, season with spices, sprinkle with mint, stir;
  3. Cut the fried meat into strips, drain the liquid from the jar of honey mushrooms, add these ingredients to the vegetables and mix again. Chop the dill and sprinkle on the finished dish.

Salad with pickled mushrooms, cheese and ham

This recipe is one of the simplest. It would seem, what else can you come up with with ham and mushrooms? And we experimented and added real homemade mayonnaise. In addition, this dressing is very light in every sense and goes well with all foods.

To prepare the dish you will need:

  • large egg - 2 pieces;
  • 100 g ham;
  • greens to taste;
  • semi-hard cheese – 100 g;
  • pickled honey mushrooms – 100 g.

For mayonnaise dressing:

  • half a lemon for juice;
  • 1 egg yolk;
  • 150 g refined oil;
  • mustard 5 grams + pinch of salt.

Cooking time required: 25 minutes. Energy value: 270 kcal (100 g).

Make mayonnaise dressing: salt the yolk, add mustard, whisk without stopping the process, start adding vegetable oil in a small stream, pour in lemon juice, continue whisking until the sauce becomes homogeneous.

Boil the eggs in salted water, peel. Cut eggs, ham, cheese into strips, mix everything well, add mushrooms, herbs to your taste, season with sauce.

Salad "Polyana"

When preparing the Polyana salad, adhere to three rules: a competent combination of ingredients, a color composition and mayonnaise not from store-bought packages, but homemade.

Products needed:

  • 1 jar of pickled small mushrooms;
  • 10 green onions;
  • 3 potato tubers;
  • ham – 0.3 kg;
  • 3 eggs.
  • dill

For homemade mayonnaise:

  • 1 lemon;
  • 1 egg yolk;
  • 200 ml refined olive oil;
  • a teaspoon of mustard;
  • a pinch of salt.

It will take 20 minutes to cook. 100 g of the finished dish contains 140 kcal.


Salad with pickled honey mushrooms and smoked chicken breasts

There is no limit to perfection - in a salad with honey mushrooms, ordinary onions can be replaced with red ones. It is beautiful and not as “evil” as a regular bow.

You will need:

  • 200 g fresh harvest potatoes;
  • 150 g red onion;
  • 150 g smoked breast;
  • 100 g of greens;
  • tomatoes to taste;
  • salt to taste;
  • large selected egg - 2 pieces;
  • 20 g grainy mustard;
  • a jar of pickled honey mushrooms;
  • 1 Iceberg salad;
  • 50 ml refined oil.

It’s not difficult, without any delicacies, and the taste of the dish is unusual. One trick is to prepare the salad in advance. Once soaked in the sauce, the ingredients will become more tender.

Amount of salad ingredients:

  • 4 potatoes;
  • pickled honey mushrooms – 600 g;
  • 5 onions + 5 eggs;
  • pickled cucumbers are needed - 3 pieces;
  • hard cheese – 0.3 kg;
  • green onion is added to taste;
  • vegetable oil will be needed for frying.

Quantity of products for mayonnaise:

  • two egg yolks (large);
  • mustard requires 1 teaspoon;
  • fresh lemon juice – 30 ml;
  • 150 ml of any refined oil;
  • two pinches of fine sugar;
  • fine salt - a pinch.

It will take 35 minutes to prepare, 100 g of ready-made salad contains 200 kcal.

It’s better to make your own mayonnaise. It's easy: first beat the yolks with a mixer, add mustard, beat, add juice, sugar and salt, beat. Now pour in refined oil in a thin stream and whisk.

Drain the water from the canned mushrooms and place the contents in a colander. Fry the mushrooms with chopped onions in a frying pan, boil the eggs and potatoes. On a coarse grater, grate boiled potatoes, eggs, cucumbers, and cheese.

Place each product in different bowls. Layer the salad in layers: potatoes, mushrooms with onions, green onions, mayonnaise, cucumbers, eggs and mayonnaise. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
