Preparation:

  1. I cut the onion into small pieces. Fry in a frying pan with preheated olive oil. I set the fire to medium. I'm trying to soften the onion.
  2. I add tomatoes in their own juice to the chopped red onion. Simmer for 10-15 minutes, remembering to stir.
  3. Add cream to the tomato-onion mixture. Salt and pepper. I stir.
  4. I set the minced meat to cook in another frying pan. I fry it in vegetable oil.
  5. To the finished meat product I add tomatoes in their own juice with onions, fresh tomatoes cut into quarters. I stir.
  6. I cook the Bolognese pasta until the fresh tomatoes are soft.
  7. Boil the spaghetti in a saucepan according to the recipe on the package. Serve on a flat platter with the prepared meat sauce on top.

Preparation:

  1. Transfer the finished minced meat into a deep bowl. I break 1 chicken egg. I add pepper and salt. I mix it carefully and slowly.
  2. I wash the potatoes, peel them and cut them into thin slices.
  3. Grease the bottom of the baking dish with vegetable oil. I add chopped potatoes and salt.
  4. I'm preparing a simple sauce. In a separate plate, mix 4 large spoons of mayonnaise with boiled water. I add salt and my favorite spices. I squeeze 1 clove of garlic through a special press. I stir. The aromatic potato dressing is ready.
  5. I spread the sauce. The next layer of the casserole is onion, cut into thin half rings. Then I add minced meat with spices.
  6. I cut the tomatoes into slices. I spread the minced meat on top. I make a thin mesh out of mayonnaise. Squeeze out an even layer over the entire surface of the casserole.
  7. I grate the cheese on a finely grained vegetable grinder.
  8. I turn on the oven. I heat it up to a temperature of 200 degrees. I remove the casserole for 30-35 minutes.

Pork with mushrooms in soft sour cream sauce

Ingredients:

  • Pork – 500 g,
  • Champignons – 300 g,
  • Onion - 1 large piece,
  • Sour cream 20% fat - 1 cup,
  • Vegetable oil - for frying,
  • Salt, seasonings - to taste.

Preparation:

  1. I cut the pork into small pieces (after thoroughly washing and removing excess fat).
  2. I cut the mushrooms into thin slices, the onions into half rings.
  3. I take a frying pan. Pour in vegetable oil, heat it up and add the onion to brown.
  4. I'm putting out the pork. Fry until softened, remembering to stir.
  5. I add mushrooms, seasonings and salt. I fry for 10-15 minutes, then add sour cream and stir. I close the lid and reduce the heat.
  6. Pork and mushrooms need to be stirred from time to time.

I serve it for dinner with boiled potatoes and chopped fresh vegetables. Bon appetit!

Pork pilaf

Ingredients:

  • Pork – 800 g,
  • Rice – 500 g,
  • Carrots – 3 pieces,
  • Onion – 4 heads,
  • Garlic – 3 cloves,
  • Spices for pilaf – 1 teaspoon,
  • Vegetable oil - 1.5 tablespoons,
  • Salt - to taste.

Preparation:

  1. I add oil to the cauldron. I heat and fry neat pieces of pork of the same size.
  2. I add carrots, cut into cubes. Cook with pork for 5 minutes. Next I lay out the finely chopped onion. Fry until transparent. I add special spices for pilaf (to your taste) and salt.
  3. Pour in water until the liquid completely covers the ingredients. Turn on low heat and simmer for 15-25 minutes.
  4. I pour rice on top, thoroughly washed under running water. I pour in the required amount of water for cooking (2 cm above the level of the rice).
  5. I put peeled garlic cloves into the simmering pilaf. 3-4 pieces are enough.
  6. I close the cauldron. I leave the pilaf to cook for 30-40 minutes.

I mix the prepared dish, put it on plates and serve.

Chicken gizzards with garlic and carrots

Ingredients:

  • Chicken gizzards – 500 g,
  • Soy sauce – 100 ml,
  • Carrots – 200 g,
  • Vegetable oil – 1 tablespoon,
  • Garlic – 2 cloves,
  • Bay leaf – 1 piece,
  • Allspice – 3 peas,
  • Salt, ground black pepper - to taste.

Preparation:

  1. Wash the chicken gizzards under running water in a colander. Carefully remove excess fat and film. I wash it again. I dry it.
  2. I put it in a cooking bowl, pour in cold water, add peppercorns and 1 bay leaf.
  3. I cook for 60 minutes in the “Cooking” mode at high power. For now you can do your homework. I take out the finished ventricles. I drain the water along with the pepper and bay leaf. I leave it to cool.
  4. I peel carrots. I grate it on a special grater to prepare Korean carrots.
  5. I pour vegetable oil into the washed dishes from the multicooker. I heat it up and lay out the carrots.
  6. Carefully cut the slightly cooled ventricles into cubes.
  7. After the carrots appear lightly golden in color, I transfer the ventricles. I stir. Fry together for 3-4 minutes.
  8. I pour in soy sauce, salt, pepper and add garlic crushed using a press.
  9. I close the multicooker. I turn on the “Extinguishing” program. I set the timer for 15 minutes.
