Menu for beer recipes. Beer party. Beer snacks

In order not to duplicate an event that happened a week ago (and you probably had a romantic dinner for Valentine’s Day), I propose organizing a holiday that is completely different in meaning and design for February 23rd. Let it be a real beer party at home!

I don’t think it’s necessary to recreate the ambiance of a Bavarian establishment in your apartment, dress in a low-cut, colorful suit and braid two blonde pigtails. But it’s better to make traditional beer snacks.

I’ll just list it, because we’re having a beer party at home, which means we can come up with something more cozy: crackers, dried squid, chips, etc. Of all this, I would only put good quality nuts on the table.

Sausages, wieners, frankfurters

Several varieties of these meat products are cut into “stumps” of 3-4 cm, fried in a grill pan or simply in vegetable oil. Good as a snack for beer only when served hot.

Remove thick bread (“Borodinsky”, “Darnitsky”, “Nareznoy”) from the crust and cut into cubes. I make it in a dry frying pan, but first, using a brush to grease the dough, I generously season the bars on all sides with melted butter. Fry quickly, sprinkle with a mixture of garlic, salt and water.

Spread a thin layer of sour cream or mayonnaise on pieces of bread, put a thin slice of sausage or cooked (smoked or baked) meat, sprinkle with herbs. A circle of tomato or ketchup, grated cheese on top. Place in the oven until the cheese is completely melted.

We cut a whole loaf of bread at intervals of 1-1.5 cm so that the bottom crust remains intact. Between the slices we place the following mixture: to 100 g of grated hard cheese, add 3 cloves of chopped garlic, 100 g of soft butter and parsley. Place in the oven for 20 minutes, preheated to 200 degrees, while wrapping the loaf in foil. Brown the loaf without foil for another 5 minutes.

What we call pizza in Russia is very easy to make at home. A kind of big hot sandwich of a round shape. It always turns out delicious, depending on the proportions of cheese, sausage, vegetables

and the sauces don’t really matter. Don't be afraid, let's experiment! Entire websites are dedicated to recipes for making authentic Italian pizza. You can also try…

Well, a 10-year-old child can handle this. Thaw the finished puff pastry, roll out lightly, cut into squares, put a block of cheese in each square, seal in the shape of a triangle and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes. An ideal beer snack, the recipe is very simple!

Canapes or cheese, meat, fish plates

Spicy chicken wings

Salt 100 ml of hot red Tabasco pepper and add a little ground black pepper. Spread the mixture on 1 kg of chicken wings and bake in the oven (40-45 minutes). By the way, you can do the same with pork ribs.

It's tasty and fast, don't refuse this snack. Thinly slice the meat fillet with a sharp knife, beat lightly, add salt and pepper on both sides. Break an egg in a deep plate, add a tablespoon of sour cream, lightly salt, mix thoroughly. Place a block of cheese into each piece of chopped meat, wrap it in a roll, and dip it in the egg mixture and crushed crackers. Fry in a heated frying pan with sunflower oil, turning over when one side is lightly browned. 20 minutes is usually enough.

This is my favorite dish even without beer, so I dedicated an entire article to the “little ones” with a detailed recipe in pictures. Click HERE.

Shrimp in bacon

What I like most is that the dish takes 5 minutes to prepare. The appetizer is elite, since we will need chilled king shrimps. Expensive, but for the sake of the holiday it is possible.

For 150 g of raw king prawns you need 5-7 strips of bacon with streaks of meat. Cut the bacon into long strips, wrap the shrimp, fry in butter for 5 minutes until pink.

Shrimp in garlic sauce

This recipe is described in detail in a separate article. Very fast, very simple. And simply - VERY! Everyone here!

Of course they are handsome! My detailed recipe for a beer snack is in the article “How to cook crayfish”.

And now… Good old bard song: “It’s time for a beer, it’s time!” I guarantee a good mood!

Beer snacks are a topic that should be dedicated to the Beer Festival. But not only. Beer parties and beer get-togethers are gaining popularity regardless of seasons and holidays. Oh, well, don’t, having read that the article is about snacks for beer, mentally picture two and a half grandpas in the nearest yard, who took a liking to an old bench and lined up several bottles of Zhigulevsky and menacingly waving dry roach to the beat of their indignant speeches.

Let's imagine other pictures.

Friendly youth company , a lot of laughter and jokes, a lot of chatter and Baltika, peanuts in bulk and budget chips. Everyone feels good - sincerely, simply and truly. Such gatherings are remembered through the years as bright, bright spots...

Theme party - why not? Invitees come in Bavarian checkered shirts and with huge personal glasses, on the tables there are the obligatory coasters and a dish of boiled crayfish, the walls are decorated with garlands of flags, competitions are organized, everyone plays forfeits. Do you know, for example, how tall a standard glass beer bottle is? What is the name of the top label on it? How many liters of beer did the Frenchman A. Muffy drink in 50 minutes? What beer is considered the most expensive in the world? It's just fun! Carefree, complete, uninhibited and unblinded. Yes, with beer snacks.

Evening at the dacha. For wine there is no appropriate ambience and mood , I just want to shamelessly laze around, gossip with a friend, take a break from a hot summer day. Who would refuse a glass of cool drink, next to which, as if by magic, a plate of crispy vegetables cooked over the fire appears?

Or a meeting of old friends - classmates came to visit my husband, they want to remember their former selves - with great plans in their heads, empty wallets and warm hearts. On the table are glasses of Heineken, cheese crackers and pistachio shells. They feel good and I'm glad.

In general, whatever the reason for a beer get-together, you can always turn it into a feast by preparing quite delicious snacks, thinking through an original menu, and making a list of interesting dishes.

Of course, it’s easy to take the path of least resistance and stop at the nearest supermarket - there is always dried squid, salted ram, garlic croutons, pig ears and smoked “Kosichka” cheese. A great selection of junk and semi-real food.

It's possible, but is it worth it? After all, the point is not at all in the mechanical drinking of beer, the point is in the pleasure that you get from it. If you agree with the statement, then follow me into the kitchen, I will share ideas on how to prepare a wide variety of beer snacks.

Hot snacks for beer

Somehow it seems to me that beer is not a drink that is especially favored by hot snacks. The format of beer gatherings involves long conversations and a lot of laughter - while an old family friend is telling another story, any hot dish will cool down and lose its appeal. It is for this reason that I prefer cold snacks with beer. However, there are, of course, exceptions.

Imagine: you bite off a piece of crispy skin, and it explodes in your mouth with fire, you tear off a little meat from the bone, and it sparkles on the tongue, almost cutting the palate with hot red pepper. Amazing! There is something primal about the process of eating meat on the bone. Primitive and brutal - well, how can you not wash down chicken wings cooked in a spicy marinade with a few sips of intoxicating beer?

A fried Frankfurt sausages? Fatty, meaty, smelling of smoke, smoked meats, salty and very rich! With what company do they turn into perfection? Well, of course, with beer! Oven or frying pan, grill or barbecue - no matter how you fry them, the sausages will be equally appropriate with a glass of chilled unfiltered light drink and a bottle of fresh “live” dark beer.

Frankfurt is not Frankfurt, but the sausages are very suitable.

Sausages boiled in beer with ketchup

Since we drink beer ourselves, we won’t regret the kobaski, especially since this dish goes very well with beer. It turns out thoroughly, in German.

For 4 servings we will need:
sausages - 500 grams,
beer - 1 can,
ketchup -150 grams.

Place the sausages in a small saucepan, pour in a can of beer and cook over low heat for a while, almost until all the beer has evaporated. Remove from the pan and cut in several places. Bake the sausages in the oven under the grill or fry in a non-stick frying pan for a few minutes. Sprinkle with ketchup before serving.

Sandwiches with cheese appetizer

No, you probably shouldn’t make sandwiches anyway: can you imagine how inconvenient it is to jump with a glass of beer, participating in fun competitions, and at the same time hold a huge sandwich in the air? No, a resounding no! But the tiny canapés will probably come in handy: a crispy base of Borodino bread, a delicious cheese mass, a subtle but strong taste of garlic - in my opinion, this is one of the best snacks to go with beer!

Ingredients:

  • 100 g hard cheese;
  • 1 processed cheese;
  • 3 eggs;
  • 3 cloves of garlic;
  • 3-4 tbsp. l. mayonnaise;
  • black bread.

Cut the bread into small squares, dry until crispy in a dry frying pan or in the oven.
Mix hard cheese, processed cheese, hard-boiled eggs, garlic and mayonnaise thoroughly with a blender. Spread the resulting mixture onto the bread using a pastry syringe. If desired, garnish with a parsley leaf or a piece of cheese chips.

Homemade hot croutons

I often make homemade crackers: practice shows that no matter how much I make, it’s always not enough, so I don’t waste time on trifles and immediately take a double or triple portion. I recommend that you do the same: such crackers are not only a wonderful snack for beer, but also a nice addition to salads, an excellent companion for soups, and just a wonderful way to quickly overcome the feeling of hunger if you don’t yet have the opportunity to have a substantial snack.

Ingredients:

  • 1 yesterday's loaf;
  • 4 cloves of garlic;
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil;
  • 1/2 glass of water;
  • 1 tsp. paprika;
  • 1 tsp. dried herbs to taste (I prefer a mixture of Italian herbs);
  • salt, pepper to taste.

Mix herbs, salt, pepper, paprika and oil, squeeze out the garlic, dilute the resulting mass with water. Stir well.
Cut the bread into slices, generously grease each slice with the resulting sauce. We stack on top of each other.
For convenience and speed, take two or three pieces from the stack and cut them into cubes. Place on a baking sheet in one layer. Take the next pieces of bread and do the same procedure.
Prepare the crackers in the oven - bake at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes, stirring once or twice during the process.

In addition, you can prepare a lot of other cold snacks to go with beer. Here are just some ideas:
— onion rings in spicy batter, deep-fried;

- any sea cocktail, fried with herbs and spices - good both hot and cold;
- “chips” made from cheese;
- any suitable salads served on small portioned “plates” of chips;
— homemade crackers – salty, spicy, spicy, crispy;
- garlic bread;

— spicy corn chips and tortillas;
— snack balls made from cheese, garlic, eggs, potatoes, herbs, cottage cheese and other suitable products;
- a wide variety of sauces - great for dipping chips, breadsticks, and any meat snacks in.

Another important aspect is serving.. Don’t think that this is not important: even the most ordinary checkered tablecloth and a few salad bowls stylized as barrels can turn a friendly dinner with beer into a grandiose get-together! Let's strive to ensure that every time we take a bottle of beer out of the refrigerator and invite friends to the table, we organize a small local Oktoberfest - and let it be tasty, fun, funny and easy!

Happy parties and savory beer snacks!

Usually, in the best traditions, beer is served with snacks from various seafood, chicken wings (smoked or fried), on skewers, food in batter, snack balls from grated cheese, potatoes, deep-fried. It can also be various snacks, croutons, crackers, chips (not only from potatoes, but also from other slices of vegetables), sausages, and crackers prepared independently. We suggest making these snack recipes for foamy beer right now.

Cheese croquettes or balls

For them you will need: chicken whites (from 2 eggs), breadcrumbs (4 large spoons), hard cheese (100 grams), a pinch of salt, 100 ml of vegetable oil for frying foods, pepper. Beat the whites with salt in a bowl until stiff foam. Add finely grated cheese and pepper to them. Make small balls from the prepared mass, roll them in breadcrumbs, then fry in vegetable oil on all sides until golden brown. You need to place the balls on a paper napkin, then transfer them to a plate. You can arrange dry lettuce leaves on a plate and place the balls on them. The beer snack is ready.

Lightly salted tasha in lemon juice

We cut the fillet of fresh red fish (teshi, 400 grams) into long steaks, which we will salt. Lemon should be cut into thin slices. Rub the fish on all sides with salt (a teaspoon for the entire volume of the fish). Then we place the dough in a container and place lemon slices between it. Close the container. We put it in the refrigerator. During the day, the fish in it needs to be turned over once. No press needed. In a day the fish will be ready. It can be served with beer on pieces of bread or toast.

Crispy onions

To prepare this dish you will need: a liter of water, two onions, 15 grams of flour, 3 dessert spoons of sugar, salt, a small spoon of turmeric, half a liter of vegetable oil, a teaspoon of ground pepper and the same amount of hop-suneli mixture.

Two large onions need to be cut into rings 5 mm thick. Sprinkle the onion in the container with salt. Fill with water. Separately, prepare a mixture of sugar (or powdered sugar - it will be even better), flour, pepper, and spices. Mix everything thoroughly.

Drain the water from the onion through a colander. Transfer the onion so that all the water drains from it onto a paper towel. Now heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan. Dip the onions in the dry mixture. Place the rings in hot oil. Fry on both sides in portions. Don’t throw the whole onion into the oil at once! Only in portions. Place the finished rings on a paper towel. The onion rings turn out very crispy, with a pleasant special taste of the breading. Serve with beer!

Popular simple snacks to accompany the frothy drink include dried fish, shrimp, salted crackers, smoked sausages, various snacks, fried chicken wings and pork ribs. Any dish can be ordered by phone, and many of those listed can even be bought in a supermarket. To surprise your guests, it is better to prepare snacks at home.

What to buy with beer

Almost every country has its own traditions of producing and drinking beer. Moreover, each type of drink involves the choice of a different snack. Thus, it is believed that light beer is best drunk with dried fish, cheese, and crayfish, while dark beer is recommended to be supplemented with hot meat dishes. Beer snacks should ideally enhance, but in no case interrupt, the taste of the foamy drink. Below are different options for dishes that harmonize with it.

Fish

In the countries of the post-Soviet region, it is customary to serve dried or dried fish with beer. However, you need to know which varieties go best with the intoxicating drink. The best fish to pair with beer is:

  • vobla;
  • sprat;
  • flounder;
  • peled;
  • smoked vendace.

Meat snacks

Crackers, salted peanuts, French fries, chips - these products are called “junk food” in the USA, and for good reason. Beer snacks are harmful and contain a lot of calories. Their only advantage is their availability, but true beer lovers rarely choose such a snack because it overpowers the taste of the drink. Alternatives include homemade garlic croutons and meat snacks cut into long, thin slices. Such snacks are quick and easy to serve, they are healthier, tastier, and complement the aroma of the drink.

Sausages

The Germans consider sausages baked on the grill or fried in a frying pan to be the best snack. It’s easy to prepare such a treat - each product is cut, stuffed with a cheese slice, smeared with mustard and baked/fried. Sausages should be served hot with beer along with some sauce. The advantages of the dish are simplicity, taste, satiety. The only disadvantage is that such beer snacks are fattier, plus they run out quickly

Cheese

The ideal snack for a foamy drink is cheese, the main thing is not to make a mistake in choosing. Experts advise choosing light cheeses for light beers, while a product with a richer taste is more suitable for an unfiltered drink or porter. An alternative option is to play with contrasts. For example, a cheese plate for beer with soft varieties of product will go well with a sweet and sour drink. The more complex the taste of the beer, the richer the snack should be served. Feta harmonizes with wheat ale, spicy Roquefort and English Stilton are combined with unfiltered beer.

Low-calorie snack for beer

The idea that beer makes you fat is a misconception, because the drink has lower calorie content than milk. People gain weight from snacks they eat with beer. However, lovers of the foamy drink can protect themselves and their figure from the negative consequences of drinking it. What dietary snacks can be consumed with beer to avoid gaining weight:

  • rice chips (contain half the calories of potato chips);
  • hunting sausages (it’s better to eat a couple of sausages than fat-saturated nuts or other unhealthy snacks);
  • crabs, shrimp;
  • pita chips;
  • popcorn (the snack contains only 115 kcal and quickly fills you up).
