After cooking, leave the breast in the broth to cool for 30-60 minutes. This will only add juiciness to it.

    This simple salad has a flaky texture and a very delicate flavor thanks to the combination of cheese and apple. To prepare it you will need the following ingredients:

    • Boiled chicken breast - 1 pc.
    • Apple, large, slightly sour - 1 pc.
    • Hard cheese - 200 gr.
    • Egg - 3 pcs.
    • Sour cream.
    • Mayonnaise.
    • Salt.

    To prepare this simple and tasty salad, we will need the following ingredients: chicken breast (you can use fillet, for example, from legs), sweet and sour apple, onion (white or purple, sweet and juicy), mayonnaise (preferably homemade), natural yogurt, table mustard, salt and ground pepper. For decoration, you can use cranberries and fresh herbs that you like best.


    Let the chicken breast (or thigh fillet, for example, if you want) cook. In general, there are two basic rules according to which it is customary to cook it. If you need broth, place the meat in cold water, and when you are preparing the breast itself (for example, for the same salads), put it in boiling water. Then the breast will turn out juicy and very soft, since it will not have time to give all its juices to the broth. Thus, put the breast in boiling water and cook at moderate boil for about 15 minutes (after the water boils for the second time - the boiling stops when you add the meat, as the water temperature drops). However, it is important to understand that cooking time depends on the size of the piece or pieces.


    While the chicken is cooking, make the salad dressing. To do this, simply mix mayonnaise, natural (I take Greek) yogurt, and table mustard in a separate bowl. Salt and pepper to taste, mix.



    We clean a fairly large onion and cut it into quarters of rings (you can dice it if you want). To keep the onion juicy and crispy, place it in ice water.



    When the breast is cooked, remove from the broth and let the meat cool. We use the broth to prepare first courses.


    Cut the chicken into the same cubes as the apples. If you cook the chicken breast correctly and do not overcook it, the small cubes of meat will turn out nice and neat in shape, but will not disintegrate into fibers.
