Wash the lime, dry it, grate the zest on a fine grater, cut the lime in half and squeeze the juice out of the halves (if the seeds get into the juice, remove them). Fry chopped almonds and cashews in a well-heated frying pan without oil for 5 minutes.

Make several pricks with a fork and spread the thick jam evenly.

Roll out a smaller part of the dough into a layer and cut into strips.

Place some of the strips on top of the pie, making a lattice. And we’ll use some of it for edging the sides. Place the pie in an oven preheated to 200-220 degrees and bake for about 25 minutes.
