2. Mix mayonnaise and mustard in a deep bowl. Add crushed garlic and tomato paste to them. Mix everything well until smooth.

3. Peel the onions and carrots, wash and cut into half rings. Rinse the tomatoes, wipe with a napkin and chop them into slices.

4. Grease a baking dish with oil, place onions on the bottom, place carrot halves and tomato slices on top. Place the fried cutlets on the vegetable bed and pour the sauce over everything.

5. Place the pan in the oven for half an hour. Bake at 190ºC. Serve with a side of cereal or pasta.

Recipe 5. Minced meat cutlets in the oven with tomatoes and cheese

600 g ground turkey;

100 g white bread;

70 ml sunflower oil;

a pinch of ground black pepper;

two pinches of salt;

three cloves of garlic;

two tablespoons of sesame seeds;

300 g tomatoes.

1. Transfer the ground turkey to a blender container. This is where we break the eggs. We clean and wash the onions. Cut it into slices and add it to the minced meat. Remove the peel from the garlic cloves and add to the container. Separate the bread crumb from the crust and soak it in milk for ten minutes. Then squeeze it out and put it in the minced meat. Add fresh herbs, salt, pepper and mix everything until smooth.

2. Form cutlets from minced meat. Pour sesame seeds into a flat dish and roll each cutlet in it. Place them in a frying pan with heated vegetable oil and fry until golden brown on both sides.

3. Cover the baking sheet with baking paper. Place the fried cutlets on it. Wash the tomatoes, wipe with a napkin and cut into circles. Place them on each cutlet. Cut the cheese into thin slices. Cover the tomatoes with them. Place the pan in the oven for 20 minutes. Bake at 180ºС. Serve, garnished with sprigs of herbs, with baked vegetables.

Recipe 6. Variegated minced meat cutlets in the oven

500 g mixed minced meat;

ground black pepper;

150 g Dutch cheese;

30 ml sunflower oil;

100 g breadcrumbs;

3 cloves of garlic;

half a bunch of dill and parsley;

a slice of stale white bread.

1. Peel the garlic cloves and onion. Soak a slice of bread in milk for ten minutes and squeeze.

2. Finely chop the onion and washed greens. Squeeze the garlic through a garlic press. Rinse the tomatoes, dry with a paper towel and cut into small cubes. Grind the cheese in the same way. Transfer all prepared products into minced meat. Salt, season with pepper and mix well.

3. Form fairly large cutlets from the resulting mass and roll them in breadcrumbs. Line a baking sheet with parchment and grease it with oil. Place cutlets on it at some distance from each other. Place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 190ºC for forty minutes.

Recipe 7. Minced meat cutlets in the oven with a secret

300 g each of beef and pork;

four tbsp. spoons of flour;

a pinch of ground pepper;

three pinches of salt;

four cloves of garlic;

a third of a glass of drinking water;

50 ml vegetable oil;

100 g white bread.

1. Turn on the oven at 190ºС. Peel and rinse the garlic cloves and onion. We wash the pork and beef, wipe it with napkins and cut into pieces. Soak the white bread in water and leave for a quarter of an hour.

2. Pass the meat, squeezed white bread, garlic and onion through a meat grinder. Grate the cheese on a large segment of a grater.

3. Add cheese shavings and egg to the minced meat. Salt, season with pepper, mix well and beat lightly.

4. Pour flour into a plate. With wet hands, take some minced meat and form it into cutlets. Dip them in flour and place them in a greased pan.

5. Place the cutlets on the middle level of the oven and bake for about 20 minutes. Take out the pan, turn the cutlets over, pour a third of a glass of boiled water into the pan and put in the oven for another ten minutes. Serve cutlets with any side dish or fresh vegetables.

It is advisable to add only the yolk to the cutlets, since the white gives them some rigidity.

To make the cutlets very juicy, add a little boiling water to it.

Before adding finely chopped onion to the minced meat, crush it in a mortar to release more juice.

The minced beef is quite dry. To prevent the cutlets from being too dense, add a little lard to it.
