This roll is served hot and is perfect for breakfast or a nutritious snack. Sometimes I give these fried lavash rolls to my husband to take to work: during a break, he just heats them up in the microwave - and a delicious lunch is ready for him!

And my daughter loves them as an addition to broth... That is, as you understand, this is a universal recipe that can be useful to you in many cases. As I said, these fried pita rolls are prepared very easily and quickly, the most important thing is that you have the necessary ingredients on hand, as well as your good mood and the desire to pamper your family with something tasty.

Ingredients:

  • 1 thin pita bread;
  • 100 g chicken fillet;
  • 50 grams of hard cheese;
  • 1 tomato;
  • greenery;
  • 1 tbsp. mayonnaise.

How to cook fried pita bread with filling:

Boil chicken fillet in salted water until cooked. Cool and cut into small cubes.

Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater.

We cut the tomato into the same small cubes as the boiled chicken fillet. Finely chop the greens.

Apply a layer of mayonnaise to a thin sheet of lavash. It is convenient to distribute the sauce using the back of a spoon.

  • Cut the sausage into cubes, and the bell pepper into strips and add to the chicken and onions.
  • Add the tomatoes last and simmer for about 10 minutes until the tomatoes release their juice.
  • Add seasonings to taste and garlic.
  • Let the filling cool. At this time, prepare the pita bread. Cut it into portions.
  • Apply a little mayonnaise to the pita bread, pour out some of the filling, add a little mayonnaise on top again and roll the pita bread into a roll.
  • Depending on the size, cut the roll into 3-5 pieces and fry in sunflower oil. For complete cooking, it is enough to keep the rolls until golden brown.

  • Lavash – 1-2 pieces.
  • Cheese cheese – 300 g.
