2. Pickled cucumbers need to be small so that there are no large seeds inside. They need to be wiped with a paper towel and cut into thin, not very long strips.

3. Cut the cooled potatoes in the same way.

4. Chop the greens, removing the rough stems. Chop the green onions as usual.

5. Cooled eggs should also be cut into thin strips. To make the straws even, I use an egg slicer. There is no need to cut everything, leave two whole rounds for decoration. We also set aside some chopped egg “straws” for decoration.

6. Put everything in a large bowl, add cottage cheese and sour cream. It is better to use thick sour cream. You won't be able to serve it beautifully with liquid sour cream. Although you can just do it in a deep bowl. Salt and pepper to taste.

7. Gently mix all the ingredients, trying not to damage their structure.

8. Take a small mold and rub it inside with a clove of garlic. Then coat with vegetable oil with a very thin layer. A cold dish will have the aroma of garlic, but there will be no garlic itself.

Or, if you have time, make the garlic butter ahead of time. Crush a clove of garlic and pour half a teaspoon of oil over it. Let stand for 15-20 minutes. And then grease the walls of the mold with this oil.

9. Place the prepared salad tightly into the mold.

10. Place green leaves on a plate. Then cover the mold with it and turn it over. We remove the form.

11. Decorate with the remaining chopped egg and sprigs of herbs. Sprinkle with black ground pepper.
