And if you think about it, what’s so surprising about it, is it possible to love some kind of mess on a plate? Or a casserole that looks more like a pie!

The recipe for children's semolina casserole according to a real kindergarten technological map is completely simple! Are we ready?

We take the products necessary for the casserole.

Pour milk and water into the pan, put it on the fire and bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and, while constantly stirring, pour in the semolina in a stream.

Cook the semolina porridge over low heat, do not forget to stir it so that lumps do not form.

When the porridge begins to thicken, add sugar, continue stirring and cooking.

As soon as the porridge becomes very thick, remove it from the heat. Now, to prepare a casserole from semolina porridge, it needs to be cooled. To make this process go faster, put the pan with the porridge in a container with cold water and cover it so that a crust does not form on the surface of the porridge. While the thick porridge is cooling, turn on the oven and heat it to 180 degrees.

For casserole, it is not necessary to cool the porridge completely; it is enough to just bring it to a warm state so that you can add a chicken egg to it and so that it does not curdle. First, break the egg into some container and beat it a little, after which we add it to the cooled semolina porridge.

Mix everything together very well until smooth. The mixture for semolina casserole, just like in kindergarten, is ready.

Let's prepare a form in which we will bake the casserole, for which we grease it with vegetable oil and sprinkle with semolina.

Then put the prepared mass into the mold and level the surface.

Cover the top with a layer of sour cream; you can use a spoon to make a simple pattern. Place the pan immediately in the preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes; if you make a casserole from more ingredients, the baking time will increase.

As soon as the casserole begins to brown, you can cover it with foil so that it does not overcook like mine)

And now an important point - in order for the baby semolina casserole to be cut well into portioned pieces and keep its shape, it must be completely cooled.

Serving options may vary; this casserole can be served with any sweet sauce or fruit jam. For example, I have dogwood, its pleasant sourness is perfect for a sweet casserole.
