  1. Wash the chicken carcass and then blot it with paper napkins;

After this time, the final stage begins. I peel 2 oranges and 2 apples and cut them into small pieces, add mayonnaise, a little salt, ground black pepper and ½ tsp. rosemary and mix thoroughly.

I stuff the chicken with the resulting mixture and seal the hole with toothpicks. Now I rub the chicken with butter, putting small pieces of butter under the skin.
