    One of the integral components of any pasta is the sauce - as a rule, it is always present in the dish, combining the pasta with the product used for the filling.

    In this recipe we will tell you how to cook pasta with minced meat in Italian - a wonderful pasta dish, simple and tasty.

    • Place the ground beef in a hot frying pan with oil and fry, stirring with a spatula. Another option: first fry thinly sliced ​​bacon and then fry the minced meat in rendered pork fat. When the meat is fried, pour in dry white wine and heat until the liquid evaporates.
    • Pour meat broth into the minced meat, add a little tomato puree. Instead of puree, you can add pieces of peeled tomatoes. Add all the vegetables, your favorite spices, definitely dried basil and ground black pepper, simmer covered over low heat for an hour. Stir the dish periodically, salt to taste.
    • Boil the spaghetti as directed on the package; the pasta should remain slightly firm. Add cream to the sauce, stir, bring to a boil. Serve the spaghetti Bolognese hot and spoon the sauce on top.

    The cooking time for delicious pasta with tomatoes is limited only by the cooking time of the pasta: minced meat and vegetables are fried at the same time. It is better if it is prepared in advance and from several types of meat. An alternative to minced meat would be finely chopped meat pieces.

    Fresh tomatoes can completely replace high-quality ready-made sauce: there should be a lot of gravy. Coarsely chopped onions and carrots retain their juiciness, vitamins and look beautiful on plates. A hearty hot dish with garlic flavor will be a wonderful option for a family dinner, especially during the cold season.

    • minced meat - 350 g
    • onion - 200 g
    • carrots - 150 g
    • vegetable oil - 30 g
    • tomatoes - 350 g
    • black pepper
    • bay leaf - 1-2 pcs.

    Preparation

    1. Start cooking by frying the vegetables for the sauce. Remove the skins from the onion and rinse. Cut into small pieces. Choose a suitable frying pan or saucepan. Pour in odorless sunflower or olive oil. Warm it up slightly. Add chopped onion. Fry over medium heat until the onion pieces become soft.

    2. Peel the carrots. Rinse and dry. For chopping, use a coarse, medium or fine grater - it's a matter of taste. Add grated carrots to the fried onions in the pan. Stir and fry over low heat until the vegetables are soft, about 8-10 minutes.

    3. Rinse fresh tomatoes, although canned ones in their own juice are perfect. Cut out the green area at the stem. Cut into small slices. Add the tomato pieces to the remaining ingredients. Stir. Add a little salt so that the vegetables release their juice and simmer covered for 15-20 minutes. If the resulting juice is small, pour 100-150 ml of hot meat, vegetable broth or just boiling water. At this stage, spicy lovers can add a little garlic or chili pepper.

    4. Minced meat can be chicken, pork, beef or mixed from different types of meat. You can prepare it yourself or buy it at your nearest supermarket or market. Add to the pan. Stir. Simmer over moderate heat for 10-15 minutes.

    5. Use your favorite good quality pasta. Boil them in salted water until almost done. Drain in a colander and rinse with hot water.

    6. Season the sauce with ground pepper, salt, and bay leaf. Stir and taste. If necessary, adjust at your discretion.
