  • 130 gr. sour cream or kefir;
  • 90 gr. mayonnaise;
  • 0.18 kg flour;
  • 0.5 teaspoon of soda.

How to cook

Cut the cheese and sausage into small cubes. Drain the liquid from the can of beans.

Wash the greens, dry lightly with paper towels and finely chop.

Cut the olives (pitted) into several pieces. All parts of the filling should be approximately the same size.

Combine sausage, cheese, beans, olives and herbs in one cup. Pour into minced meat, add salt and pepper, mix well.

Combine sour cream with mayonnaise, break raw eggs and beat a little with a whisk.

Sift the flour, combine with soda. Pour into the mixture with sour cream and egg and knead into a sticky, loose dough.
