Backpacks. Backpacks - for schoolchildren and / or hiking trips. Not for a punk rock show. Backpacks are aesthetically unattractive, and besides, there is no reasonable practical need to bring them to a rock show. Anything that doesn't fit in your leather jacket pockets, you probably don't need.

What should you wear

Real rockers wear real leather leather jackets. Real punks wear real leather biker jackets WITHOUT the stupid studs, pins, patches and stickers that have the names of their favorite bands on them. Since we have to take into account the climatic conditions, no one requires you to come to every concert in a leather jacket. However, if you don't wear a leather jacket for at least 65% of the time you're outside, you're not a punk.

Secondly, shoes are much more important than you might think. If you are wearing Dr. Martens - you're just a sucker. Among sneakers and sneakers there is only one brand - Chuck Taylor Converse All-Star hi-tops. Now I know you know this, but what you don't know is that punks DO NOT WEAR red Converse, Christmas Converse, plaid Converse, and any other kind of Converse other than black. The trick is that the leather jacket is not a symbol of the mainstream alternative. And black Converse are.

You've already learned that wide leg pants are for jerks. Despite this, you have some leeway in choosing trousers, although it would be much better if you just wore blue or black jeans, strictly Levi's! No Gap, Wrangler, Jordache or whatever you fucking remember.

And let me, punk, tell you something else about punks. If you don't agree that the Ramones were the greatest band that ever played on planet Earth, you're not a punk, you're not fucking even close. You have absolutely no reason to play in a band, do a fanzine or appear on a show. If you put any other band above the Ramones, you are just an idiot.
