If the 1c registration form is lost. The registration form has been lost, what should I do? How can I restore my registration form? Volume Licensing Schemes

There are at least 5 reasons for refusing to purchase and use counterfeit software for business. This:

  1. Non-economic risks: the likelihood of being held accountable for copyright infringement.
  2. Reputation and morality: it is difficult to expect honesty from partners or employees if you yourself are illegally using the results of someone else’s work.
  3. Dependence on the “masters”: the official partners of the copyright holder will not deal with problems in the operation of a “cracked” or unprofessionally installed and configured software product.
  4. Quality and safety: pirates are not altruists. Very often, hacked distributions are filled with malicious programs, the damage from which usually exceeds the cost of purchasing and official support of the software product many times over.
  5. Product support: in today's rapidly changing world, software products quickly become outdated and become of little use without updates. Unlicensed versions of programs are not covered by support and updates from the copyright holder.

The director of the 1C company, Boris Nuraliev, wrote in detail about why you should not use unlicensed software in the article “CAUTION, SURROGATE” back in 1996. Despite the fact that a number of theses in this article are outdated, many provisions are still relevant today.

We recommend making sure that your company uses only licensed software products!

How to distinguish a branded product from a fake

General characteristics of 1C software products and distribution forms

Business programs are predominantly distributed not directly by 1C, but through an extensive partner network consisting of distributors, franchise partners, dealers, etc.

The entire range is divided into two large groups:

1) Basic versions of software products of the 1C:Enterprise system (1C: Accounting 8. Basic version, 1C: Simplified 8, 1C: Retail 8. Basic version, etc.), most often single-user - first In turn, these are inexpensive software products for small companies:

  • Sold as regular goods in stores;
  • The user does not sign any license agreement with 1C or its partners;
  • The law allows the user to subsequently sell or transfer the box (with all accessories) to a third party, but the original user is required to remove the program from his computer.

These programs can be purchased from partners of the 1C company (), in the 1C office at Moscow, st. Seleznevskaya, 21 (), in the retail network “1C-Interes” (http://www.1c-interes.ru/catalog/application-software-1c.php), and other stores.

2) Products supplied on the basis of licensing agreements with user organizations: PROF and KORP versions of 1C:Enterprise, licenses for additional workplaces, etc.

  • The rights to use products of this group are transferred from the copyright holder to the end user through a chain of license (sublicense) agreements: "1C" > Distributor > Partner > End user. The end user receives reproduction rights from the 1C partner company on the basis of a sublicense agreement.

The acquisition of a software product by an end-user organization is accompanied by the signing of a license agreement with a partner company, from which the user receives the rights to use the program, as well as an act of transfer of rights. At the same time, the user is given a distribution package of the program along with documentation and other accessories necessary for effective use of the program.

Now the user can purchase any 1C program in a boxed package (which still remains the most common way to obtain a distribution kit), and a number of products - both in a boxed package and electronically, which can be purchased both on the website () and by application partner "1C".

In addition, it is possible to use 1C software in the cloud service https://1cfresh.com and on a rental basis:

This material discusses boxed software packages of the 1C:Enterprise 8 system.

Branded yellow cardboard boxes with software products from the 1C:Enterprise 8 family usually include:

  • one or more CDs or DVDs with software distributions and additional materials;
  • registration card (often combined with the user License Agreement);
  • an envelope with software license PIN codes or a hardware protection key;
  • postal envelope with stamp;
  • documentation for the program (from one to several books).
  • for PROF and CORP versions - 1C:ITS disk and coupon for preferential Information and technological support "1C:Enterprise".

Exceptions include electronic deliveries. So, for example, “1C: Accounting 8 PROF. Electronic delivery" - the usual PRO version with the possibility of multi-company accounting, but is completely delivered in electronic form (without a cardboard box, media and paper user manual). Registration card with a unique number and the text of the user agreement is first sent as a scanned copy, then sent by Russian Post in an envelope.

The 1C registration card is a document certifying the authenticity of the 1C program installed on the computer. The registration card is a yellow form consisting of 3 parts (previously for “1C:Enterprise 7.7” it consisted of 2 parts). Printed on each part of the registration card is the full product name and registration number, which must match the registration number on the box, CD, and the number on the title page of each documentation book included in the kit. The card also contains the basic conditions for using the product and its support. One part remains with the user and is confirmation that he has the right to use this software product, and the other (left) part of the questionnaire is intended directly for registering the program and is transferred (sent) to the 1C company.

After registration, users of 1C:Enterprise system products are provided with support to the extent described in the registration card.

If the user loses his half of the registration card, registration with the 1C company will easily make it possible to restore the lost part of the questionnaire and confirm the legality of using the software product.

Since 2011, 2 versions of the 1C:Enterprise program protection system have been used:

  • USB security keys;
  • Or software licenses linked to the user’s computer (server). Instead of a USB security key, the delivery includes a sealed envelope with sets of PIN codes for obtaining a software license and instructions for obtaining software licenses are added. The software license itself is a specially generated and sent by 1C file, saved on the computer’s hard drive with the “*.lic” extension.

Today, the option with PIN codes has become the main and most convenient, but the option with keys also remains relevant for a small part of users.

There is no doubt about the legality of the 1C software used in your enterprise if:

1) You purchased it from an official distributor.

4) The program is registered with 1C.

5) An ITS agreement has been drawn up (except for basic versions and additional licenses).

A legal business cannot be built on the shaky foundation of an unlicensed information infrastructure.

How to determine which version of the 1C:Enterprise program is installed on your computer

1. Check the About window

2. Search for 1C:Enterprise 8 program files on computer hard drives

This procedure must be repeated for each of the computers being examined, and the computers must start in their normal operating mode.

Use standard Windows tools to search for program files on your computer. To do this, enter “1cv*.exe” into the Windows search bar. If the search does not produce results, you can move on to examining the next computer.

If the search showed that 1C software products are installed on your computers, the purchase of which you cannot confirm, contact any 1C partner as soon as possible to purchase them, or uninstall them.

If you work in the 1C:Enterprise program in rental mode, make sure that the company providing you with such a service has the right to do so. List of official partners of the company "1C" in the direction of "Rent": . Only these companies are authorized to provide this service to users. "Cloud" access to work in the "1C:Enterprise 8" program in the "1C:Enterprise 8 via the Internet" service (1Cfresh.com) can be obtained through any of the service organizations (https://1cfresh.com/register/browse_partners).

1C software product registration card

The 1C company provides users of 1C: Enterprise system products with full support. But you can only get it by registering the program with 1C. In order to register, you must send the completed part of the questionnaire to the 1C company by mail or transfer it to the company through which you purchased the program. The user retains his part of the registration form.

The registration form is a yellow form consisting of 2 (for 1C:Enterprise 7.7) or 3 (for 1C:Enterprise 8) parts, one of which indicates the full name of the product and registration number.

In case of loss, you can easily restore the registration form by contacting us. For this procedure, you will need to write an application requesting the restoration of the duplicate.

Attention, restoration of the registration form is possible only once!

Recovery procedure

To restore your registration form, you must perform the following steps:

Compose a letter on the official letterhead of the client organization, which should contain:

  • name of the organization that owns the program;
  • the exact name of the program (the name can be clarified in AT-inform);
  • registration number of the program (available on floppy disks);
  • the following text:

    “I ask you to send a duplicate of the registration form from our software product ___(name and registration number)____, the form was lost in_______ (indicate under what circumstances the form was lost, it is recommended to describe the situation in as much detail as possible so that in 1C there is no need for additional questions, for example , when moving, when changing accountants, etc.), a duplicate is necessary for_____ (indicate the reason for restoration, for example, to confirm licensing, to receive updates).

    Form for sending a duplicate of the registration form to the AT-inform email address [email protected]

  • telephone number of the contact person with whom a 1C employee can contact regarding the issue of restoring the profile
  • if the program has not been registered, then send another document by which it was purchased (invoice and PP);
  • seal and signature of the head of the organization.

Application forms will not be reissued.

Send this letter to the 1C Consulting Department by email.

The point of registering a program is its full support:

· free consultations on working in programs,

· update releases and

· discounts when purchasing newer versions of products.

The 1C registration form is the main document certifying the authenticity of the 1C program installed on the computer. All installed and running 1C programs must have a registration form.

The questionnaire is a yellow form, consisting of 2 parts:

The full product name and registration number are indicated on both sides. The user part is a confirmation that he has the right to use this software product. The questionnaires are accompanied by a stamped 1C postal envelope (for sending the first part to 1C).

There are 2 types of registration forms:

· type 1– a questionnaire for software products that are serviced through information technology support (ITS) – in the lower left corner there is an image of a cyclist (ITS trademark) and terms of warranty service.

· type 2– a questionnaire for software products that are not serviced through the ITS.

Installing and uninstalling the 1C:Enterprise system

The purpose of the installation process is to make it possible to launch the 1C:Enterprise system on the user’s computer.

The installation file “Setup.exe” is supplied on a CD. When you install for the first time, you are asked for your username and company name. The program saves this information and displays it every time it is launched. Next, you need to follow the instructions on the screen.

The program can be uninstalled by running the “UnInstall.exe” file located in the “BIN” directory of the standard program installation path, or through the “Add or Remove Programs” item in the operating system control panel settings.

System installation options

Depending on the delivery package, several options for installing the system are allowed:

· local installation,

· administrative installation,

· network installation.

Local installation can be performed for any delivery set and is the only possible option for single-user versions of 1C:Enterprise.

Administrative installation, strictly speaking, is not an installation, but a preparation for installation. Its essence is that a directory is created on the local network server into which all the necessary files are transferred from the 1C:Enterprise distribution so that by running the SETUP.EXE program from this directory, local or network installation procedures can be performed.

Network installation can only be accomplished by running the SETUP.EXE program from the directory created during the administrative installation process. A network installation differs from a local installation in that during a network installation, system program files are not copied to the user’s computer, and the menu items for launch are configured in such a way that when launched, executable files (.EXE, .DLL) are taken from the local network server directory, from which ran the SETUP.EXE program to perform the network installation.

Local installation is the easiest option. In this case, a local installation procedure is performed on each computer on which 1C:Enterprise is supposed to be used. In the simplest case, installation is performed from the 1C:Enterprise distribution kit. But local installation can also be performed from a directory on the server in which the administrative installation was previously performed. When installed locally, 1C:Enterprise launches at the highest speed and the network load is somewhat less. But at the same time, disk space is consumed on each user’s computer for the same program files. In addition, the administration procedure becomes more complicated in cases where the system is used on many computers on a local network. New system releases appear periodically and must be installed on each computer.
