Workshop: "Modern innovative health-saving technologies in the educational process of preschool educational institutions"

The concept “ health-saving educational technologies”appeared in the pedagogical lexicon in the last few years and is still perceived by many teachers in different ways. Why today health-saving direction in the work of preschool educational institutions is often seen as innovative! Indeed, in kindergartens, it would seem, always health Did the children get a lot of attention? Modern conditions require revision, re-evaluation of all components educational process. The key moment of new thinking changes the essence and character process, placing in the center of it - child health.

Health-saving technologies in preschool education - technologies aimed at solving the priority task modern preschool education - the task of preserving, maintenance and enrichment health subjects of pedagogical process in kindergarten: children, teachers and parents.

Target health-saving technologies in preschool education

in relation to the child - ensuring a high level of real health kindergarten pupil and the upbringing of valeological culture as a set of a child’s conscious attitude to human health and life, knowledge about health and ability to protect, maintain and maintain it, valelogical competence that allows a preschooler to independently and effectively solve problems healthy lifestyle life and safe behavior, tasks related to the provision of elementary medical, psychological self-help and assistance.

Applied to adults - promotion of culture health health preschool educators and valeological education of parents.

AT contemporary conditions, human development is impossible without building a system for shaping it health. Choice health-saving pedagogical technologies depends:

From the type of preschool,

From the duration of the children's stay in it,

From the program on which teachers work,

Specific conditions of the DOW,

The professional competence of the teacher,

indicators children's health.

Allocate (in relation to preschool educational institution) the following classification health-saving technologies:

1. medical and preventive (ensuring the preservation and enhancement health children under the guidance of medical personnel in accordance with medical requirements and standards, using medical devices - technology organization of monitoring preschool health, monitoring the nutrition of children, preventive measures, health-saving environment in preschool);

2. physical education wellness(aimed at physical development and strengthening child health - technology development of physical qualities, hardening, breathing exercises, weeks health, the formation of the CGT, etc.);

3. ensuring the socio-psychological well-being of the child (providing mental and social health child and aimed at ensuring emotional comfort and positive psychological well-being of the child in process communication with peers and adults in kindergarten and family; technology psychological and pedagogical support for the development of the child in the pedagogical DOW process);

4. health saving and health enrichment of teachers(aimed at the development of culture teachers' health, including professional culture health, on the development of the need for healthy lifestyle; conservation and promotion health(technology the use of outdoor and sports games, gymnastics (for the eyes, breathing, etc., rhythmoplasty, dynamic pauses, relaxation);

5. educational(education of culture preschool health, personality-oriented education and training);

6. learning healthy lifestyle(technology use of physical education classes, communicative games, a system of classes from the series "Football Lessons", problem-game (game training, game therapy, self-massage); corrective (art therapy, technology musical influence, fairy tale therapy, psycho-gymnastics, etc.)

7. Pedagogical technology active sensory-developing environment, which is understood as a system set and the order of functioning of all personal instrumental and methodological means used to achieve pedagogical goals.

Used in the complex health-saving technologies as a result, they form in the child a stable motivation for healthy lifestyle.

Only healthy the child is happy to join in all types of activities, he is cheerful, optimistic, open in communication with peers and teachers. This is the key to the successful development of all spheres of the personality, all its properties and qualities.

PSYCHOLOGICAL FAIRY TALES FOR CHILDREN

"HOW THE KENGURENY BECAME INDEPENDENT."

Age: 3-5 years

Orientation: Fear of parting with mother, feelings, anxiety associated with loneliness.

Key phrase: "Don't leave, I'm afraid alone."

Once upon a time there was a big mother-kangaroo. And one day she became the happiest Kangaroo in the world, because she had a little Kangaroo. At first, Kangaroo was very weak, and his mother carried him in her purse on her stomach. There, in this mother's purse,

The kangaroo was very comfortable and not at all scared. When the Kangaroo wanted to drink, his mother gave him delicious milk, and when he wanted to eat, the Kangaroo mother fed him porridge from a spoon. Then the Kangarenysh fell asleep, and at that time the mother could clean the house or cook food.

But sometimes the little Kangaroo woke up and did not see his mother next to him. Then he began to cry and scream very loudly until his mother came to him and put him back in her purse. One day, when Kangaroo started crying again, Mom tried to put him in her purse; but it turned out to be very crowded in the purse and the legs of the Kangarenish did not fit. The kangaroo got scared and cried more stronger: he was very afraid that now his mother would leave and leave him alone. Then the Kangaroo gave up with all his might, tucked his knees and climbed into his purse.

In the evening, she and her mother went to visit. There were still children visiting, they played and had fun, called Kangurynish to their place, but he was afraid to leave his mother and therefore, although he wanted to go play with everyone, he still sat all the time in his mother's purse. All evening, adult uncles and aunts approached them with their mother and asked why such a large

The kangaroo is afraid to leave his mother and go to play with other guys. Then the Kangaroo was completely frightened and hid in his purse so that even his head was not visible.

Day after day, my mother's purse became more and more cramped and uncomfortable. The kangaroo really wanted to run around the green meadow near the house, build sandbags, play with the neighbor boys and girls, but it was so scary to leave his mother, so the big mother-kangaroo could not leave the kangaroo and sat with him all the time.

One morning mother kangaroo went to the store. The kangaroo woke up, saw that he was alone, and began to cry. So he cried and cried, but his mother did not come.

Suddenly, through the window, Kangarenysh saw neighbor boys who were playing tag. They ran, chased each other and laughed. They had a lot of fun. The kangaroo stopped crying and decided that he, too, would be able to wash himself, get dressed and go to the guys without his mother. And so he did. The guys gladly accepted him into their game, and he ran and jumped along with everyone.

And soon his mother came and praised him for being so brave and independent.

Now mom can go to work and to the store every morning - after all, Kangarenysh is no longer afraid to be alone, without mom. He knows that during the day mom should be at work, and in the evening she will definitely come home to her beloved Kengurenish.

Issues for discussion:

What was the kangaroo afraid of? Are you afraid of the same? Why is the Kangaroo now not afraid to be left alone, without a mother?

"CASE IN THE FOREST"

Age: 3-6years

Orientation: Self-doubt. Anxiety. Fear of independent

actions.

Key phrase: “I won’t succeed!”

In one forest lived a little hare. More than anything in the world, he wanted to be strong, courageous and do something good, useful to others. But in reality, he never succeeded. He was afraid of everything and did not believe in himself. That's why everyone in the forest called him "Hare coward". This made him sad, hurt, and he often cried when he was alone.

He had only one friend, the Badger.

And so, once the two of them went to play by the river. Most of all, they liked to catch up with each other, running across a small wooden bridge. The Hare was the first to catch up. But when Badger was running across the bridge, one board suddenly broke and he fell into the river. The badger cub did not know how to swim and began to flounder in the water, asking for help.

And the Hare, although he knew how to swim a little, was very frightened. He ran along the shore and called for help, hoping that someone would hear and save the Badger. But there was no one around. And then the Hare realized that only he could save his friend. He said yourself: "I'm not afraid of anything, I can swim and save the Badger!" Without thinking about the danger, he threw himself into the water and swam, and then pulled his friend ashore. The badger was saved!

When they returned home and told about the incident on the river, no one at first could believe that the Hare had saved his friend. When the animals were convinced of this, they began to praise the Hare, saying how brave and kind he was, and then they arranged a big merry holiday in his honor. This day for the Hare was the happiest. Everyone was proud of him, and he himself was proud of himself, because he believed in his own strength, that he was capable of doing good and useful things. For the rest of his life he remembered one very important and useful rule: “Believe in yourself and always and in everything rely only on your own strength!” And since then, no one has ever teased him with a coward!

Issues for discussion

Why was the Hare feeling bad and sad?

What rule did the Hare remember? Do you agree with him?

MANAGER DOW Volkova I.V.

Good afternoon, dear colleagues! We are glad to welcome you to our DOW.

The purpose and purpose of our seminar: Specify in the representation of teachers concepts: « technology» , « health-saving technologies» , "kinds health-saving technologies» .

It is undeniable that the main task of the kindergarten is to prepare the child for an independent life, giving him the necessary skills and abilities for this, cultivating certain habits. But can every professionally trained teacher, just an adult responsible person dispassionately relate to a dysfunctional state the health of their pupils. One of the answers to this, largely rhetorical question, was the demand for educational institution of health-saving educational technologies. Preservation and strengthening health children is a priority for our MDOU.

SENIOR EDUCATOR Babaeva E. A.

The theme of our seminar:

« Modern innovative health-saving technologies in the educational process of preschool educational institutions»

Modern education system undergoes a number of changes today, expressed in a change in the content education, application of new pedagogical technology and innovation.

What technology?

Technology- this is a tool of professional activity of a teacher, respectively, characterized by a qualitative adjective - pedagogical.

Technology- this is a pattern in the use of certain methods in work, subordinated to a single goal.

Educational technology is first and foremost, a systematic approach to creating, applying and defining and defining everything process learning and mastering

There are many definitions of the concept in the methodological literature. « technology» .

I. V. Nikishina, candidate of pedagogical sciences, gives the following definition: Technology is, first of all, a systematic method of creating, applying and defining everything process learning and assimilation of knowledge, taking into account technical and human resources and their interaction, which aims to optimize the forms education. Technology describes the system of human work as an activity to achieve the set educational purpose.

And you and I, dear colleagues, successfully apply various educational technologies, corresponding modern requirements for the organization of pedagogical process.

Learner-Centered technology

The concept “ health-saving educational technologies”appeared in the pedagogical lexicon in the last few years and is still perceived by many teachers in different ways. Why today health-saving direction in the work of preschool educational institutions is often seen as innovative! Indeed, in kindergartens, it would seem, always health Did the children get a lot of attention? Modern conditions require revision, re-evaluation of all components educational process. The key moment of new thinking changes the essence and character process, placing in the center of it - child health.

Health-saving technologies in preschool education - technologies aimed at solving the priority task of modern preschool education - the task of preserving, maintenance and enrichment health subjects of pedagogical process in kindergarten: children, teachers and parents.

Target

in relation to the child - ensuring a high level of real health kindergarten pupil and the upbringing of valeological culture as a set of a child’s conscious attitude to human health and life, knowledge about health and ability to protect, maintain and maintain it, valelogical competence that allows a preschooler to independently and effectively solve problems healthy lifestyle life and safe behavior, tasks related to the provision of elementary medical, psychological self-help and assistance.

For adults, promotion of culture health, including professional culture health preschool educators and valeological education of parents

Kinds health-saving technologies in preschool education – classification of health-saving technologies on the dominance of goals and tasks to be solved, as well as the leading means of subjects of pedagogical process in kindergarten. In this regard, the following types can be distinguished health-saving technologies in preschool education:

medical and preventive;

physical education wellness;

technology

health preservation and health enrichment preschool teachers education;

By me, a senior educator, research activities were carried out, the purpose of which was-

Identify the conditions of the preschool educational institution for the organization and implementation health-saving technologies in the educational process, as well as the level children's health:

Analysis of the management system (personnel composition, professional level of teachers, medical personnel);

Scientific and methodological support (programs, technology, methodological recommendations, accumulated experience in preschool educational institutions);

Competitive advantage of preschool educational institutions in physical education - health work;

Financially - technical support(room, equipment);

Financial support (analysis of financial opportunities for project implementation);

Comprehensive Assessment preschool health(analysis incidence: in cases, days, days per child,);

Analysis of the results of children's physical fitness;

Based on the research results, we have come to conclusion:

To develop a competent, effective action plan, we compiled a long-term project “Creation health-saving educational space of preschool educational institution”.

The project is implemented through the following sections:

Strengthening financially - technical base of preschool educational institution

Work with children

Working with teachers

Working with parents

The project includes all types health saving technologies:

Medico-prophylactic;

Physical culture wellness;

technology ensuring the socio-psychological well-being of the child;

health preservation and health enrichment preschool teachers education;

valeological education of parents

I give the floor to my co-hosts, they will talk in detail about the species health-saving technologies and share their experience in creating the necessary conditions aimed at organizing health-saving educational space.

Implementation results health-saving technologies in preschool educational institutions

Formed skills healthy lifestyle of pupils, teachers and parents of preschool educational institutions.

Manifestation of tolerance of all participants in the implementation health-saving technologies in the pedagogical process of preschool educational institutions.

Formation of a regulatory framework on issues health improvement of preschoolers.

Implementation of scientific and methodological approaches to the organization of conservation work children's health, to create health education spaces in preschool and family;

Improvement and preservation of somatic indicators preschool health.

The topic of our seminar: "Modern innovative health-saving technologies in the educational process of preschool educational institutions" / slide 1,2/

Our kindergarten is one of the largest kindergartens for preschool education in Lipetsk. There are 16 groups functioning in preschool, 13 of them are preschool and 3 are early age groups. Every year, our kindergarten is attended by an average of 440 pupils./ slide 3/

Since the direction of physical culture and health improvement is a priority for our d / s, the main task of the team at this stage is:

1. Understanding the accumulated experience of preserving and strengthening the health of children;

2. Evaluation of its effectiveness and modernization of the content of physical culture and health technologies, through the formation of the position of the creator in children in relation to their own health and the health of others;

3. The need to overcome highly specialized approaches in the organization of recreational activities and physical education through the use of innovative health-saving technologies ;/slide 4/

The team builds the work on the health protection of preschool children on the following principles:

Consistency and consistency in the implementation of health-saving technologies;

Consciousness and activity of each subject of the educational process (children, teachers, parents);

Continuity of the health-saving process;

Accessibility of technology to children;

Accounting for the individual and age characteristics of each child; /slide 5/

We have developed such health rules:

Compliance with the regime, more movement, proper nutrition, as many positive emotions as possible, away from despondency and longing, wishing yourself and others only good !//slide 6/

All health-saving technologies in preschool education can be divided into the following types:

1. Medico-prophylactic;

2. Health-saving educational technologies in kindergarten.

3. Technologies for ensuring the social and psychological well-being of the child;

4. Health saving and health enrichment of teachers;

5. Physical culture and health technologies;

6. Valeological education of parents; /slide 7/

I suggest you consider each type of health-saving

technologies.

1. Medico-preventive technologies or as they are also called therapeutic and prophylactic- these are technologies that ensure the preservation and enhancement of the health of children under the guidance of the medical staff of the preschool educational institution in accordance with medical requirements and standards, using medical devices. These include the following technologies:

Organization of health monitoring of preschoolers;

Determination of the optimal load on the child, taking into account age and individual characteristics;

Organization and control of children's nutrition;

Organization and control of physical development and hardening of preschool children;

Organization of preventive measures;

Organization of control and assistance in ensuring the requirements of SanPiN;

Organization of a health-saving environment in a preschool educational institution ./ slide 8/

2. Health-saving educational technologies- This

first of all, the technology of educating a valeological culture or a culture of health for preschoolers.

One of the principles of such technologies is taking into account the personal characteristics of the child, the individual logic of his development, taking into account children's interests and preferences in content and activities in the course of development and education. The construction of the pedagogical process with a focus on the personality of the child naturally contributes to his prosperous existence, and therefore health ./slide 9/

3. Technologies for providing social and psychological

well-being child - technologies that ensure the psychological and social health of a child - a preschooler. In our kindergarten, the main task is to ensure the emotional comfort and positive psychological well-being of the child, in the process of communicating with peers and adults in the kindergarten and family, ensuring the social and emotional well-being of the preschooler. The implementation of these technologies is carried out by a psychologist teacher through specially organized classes with children, as well as a teacher and preschool education specialists in the pedagogical process of a preschool educational institution. This type of technology can be attributed to the technology of psychological and psychological - pedagogical support for the development of the child in the pedagogical process of the preschool educational institution. /slide 10/

4. Technologies of health saving and health enrichment

preschool teachers - technologies aimed at developing a health culture of kindergarten teachers, including a culture of professional health, developing the need for a healthy lifestyle. The task of these technologies is to ensure the valeological education of teachers and parents ./slide 11/

Technologies of valeological education of parents- folders - movements, poster information, conversations, joint events, etc. /slide 12/

And the most basic and important type of all health-saving technologies is

5. Physical culture and health technologies which are directly aimed at the physical development and strengthening of the health of the child:

Development of physical qualities;

Motor activity and formation of physical culture of preschool children;

hardening;

Wellness procedures in the aquatic environment (pool);

Cultivating the habit of daily physical activity and health care, etc. ./ slide 13/

The implementation of these technologies is carried out by a physical education instructor and educators in the conditions of specially organized forms of recreational work in kindergarten. Separate techniques of these technologies are widely used by educators in various forms of organizing the educational process: in direct educational activities, walks, in sensitive moments, in joint and independent activities of an adult and children.

We build all work on the implementation of health-saving technologies on the basis of:

Medical indications and distribution of children by health groups. In the 2011/12 academic year, children are distributed by health groups in the following way /slide 14/:

Based on these indications, it becomes necessary to introduce health-saving technologies of various directions into the system of work for children.

The question of ways to improve the work on health promotion, development of movements and physical development of children is constantly monitored and organized in such a way that it

Ensuring the harmonious development of each child

· Introduced children and parents to physical culture and a healthy lifestyle. / slide 17/

All innovative sports and health technologies can be conditionally divided into three categories:

1. Technologies for teaching a healthy lifestyle.

2. Technologies for maintaining and stimulating health.

3. Correctional technologies /slide 18/

Technologies for teaching a healthy lifestyle

I will list those health-saving technologies that have already been introduced into the practice of each kindergarten. These include:

1. Directly educational activities in the field of "Physical culture"- an organized form of physical development. Conducted by a physical education instructor in all groups in accordance with the requirements of the program, in various forms: game, subgroup, individual, training, competitive, etc.

2. Directly educational activities in the field of "Health"- activities to familiarize children with their bodies, creating the prerequisites for taking care of their own health. Conducted by an educator, physical education instructor. Health is an integrated form of work with such activities as physical culture, basics of life safety, valueology.

3. Sports entertainment, holidays.

4. Morning gymnastics. /slide 19.20/

5. Wellness work in the pool - swimming lessons occupy a special place in the physical development, development and health promotion of preschool children. Swimming helps to form physical qualities and the ability to prevent dangerous situations on the water. Regular swimming lessons have a positive effect on the hardening of the child's body, and adaptation to the aquatic environment improves. Water has a strong healing effect. In our work we use elements of water aerobics, synchronized swimming, a gender approach in teaching children to swim. The section "Dancing on the water" is working. /slide 21,22,23/

Also in the practice of work, we use other technologies, which we will dwell on in more detail.

6. Gymnastics DO-YIN - complexes of movements for muscles and joints with elements of self-massage with a pronounced tonic effect. Used by a physical education instructor in direct educational activities in physical education with older preschoolers ./slide 24.25/

7. Health-improving technology "BOS-health - learning and improving" - this technology is aimed at increasing the resistance of the organism of preschool children to colds, improving the psycho-emotional state of the child, improving attention and memory, developing the functions necessary for further learning, such as organizing activities, general intellectual development, visual-spatial perception, hand-eye coordination.

On the example of the health-improving technology "BOS-health" we will tell on the stages of implementation of all innovative health-saving technologies in our kindergarten. /slide 26/

health classes, that's what we called them - the most modern technology of healing (using computers), which is used to teach children health skills. The purpose of these classes- the formation of the habit of correct breathing in children ./slide 27/

This technology in our kindergarten is used partially, in correctional (speech therapy) groups, because there are a small number of children in them, in classes with a speech therapist teacher for the development of speech breathing and in physical education classes. The acquisition of expensive equipment for the full use of this technology is currently not considered possible.

In 2010, on the basis of experimental activities, this health-improving technology was introduced into the pedagogical process of our preschool institution.

Experiment Idea consists in the fact that as a result of the use of health-saving technology in the practice of the preschool educational institution using the biofeedback method (BFB), children develop a positive social experience, develop children's value orientations for a healthy lifestyle, improve the body and reduce morbidity, improve the psycho-emotional state ./slide 28/

In the process of implementing this health-improving technology main and primary task is to preserve and strengthen the health of children by developing the skill of diaphragmatic-relaxation breathing, since diaphragmatic breathing, i.e. "effortless" or relaxation breathing, is natural and physiologically the most optimal for the human body. /slide 29/

Based on the diagnostic indicators of the psychophysical state

children at the beginning of the school year, we formed a group of children of senior preschool age with 2 and 1 medical health groups in the amount of 12 people. Group 1 - healthy children, group 2 - children with minor health deviations, such as caries, ENT - diseases, gastrointestinal tract, etc., i.e. children who do not have serious abnormalities, but are observed by a doctor;

We divided the holistic learning process into 4 stages:

Stage 1 - training.

Includes theoretical part. Conducting a seminar for teachers and specialists directly related to this group of children in order to familiarize themselves with the methods of health-improving technology and develop the skill of diaphragmatic breathing “without effort”.

Practical part. Training in the methodology of conducting classes using the available software and methodological support for this health-improving technology ./ slide 30.31/

Stage 2- introduction of health classes into the pedagogical process of an experimental group of children (planning work for a month and inclusion in the schedule of classes )./slide 32.33/

Stage 3- Working with parents. Conducting a group parent meeting and individual consultations in order to increase the level of competence of parents in the use of health-saving technology "BOS - health". Constant training and strengthening the skill of proper breathing at home ./slide 34/

Stage 4 involves conducting intermediate and final diagnostics, summarizing the results of experimental activities.

In order to instill in a child a meaningful value attitude towards their own physical and spiritual health, theoretical classes , and training and consolidation of the diaphragmatic-relaxation type of breathing is carried out on practical exercises . /slide 35/

Health classes in this group were held once a week in subgroups of 6 people. The duration of such classes depended on the individual psychophysical abilities of the child and ranged from 15 to 25 minutes. The duration was set individually for everyone together with a teacher - a psychologist and a nurse.

Health classes are integrated into such sections of the program as "Cognition" (FEMP) and "Communication". The classes were planned by the teacher in accordance with the topic of the lesson in mathematics, literacy, and cognitive development. During the Health Classes, not only this health-saving technology was used, but also program tasks were solved. Instructions for conducting breathing exercises are available in the electronic manual of software and methodological support.

Working on this technology, we have identified:

Relationship between DAS value and health assessments /slide 36/

DAS (bpm)

Health Assessment

A necessary condition for the implementation of biofeedback technology in the classroom was the inclusion of the game in order to motivate the preschooler, since the game in preschool childhood is the leading type of children's activity.

In the process of experimental work, an intermediate diagnosis was carried out in December, and in April the final diagnosis of children was carried out according to the following criteria:

1. Morbidity in comparison with the reporting period of the last year;

2. The level of attention of children;

3. Motivation of children to health activities.

December 2010" href="/text/category/dekabrmz_2010_g_/" rel="bookmark">December 2010 - 1.5, which shows a decrease in the incidence of 0.3 child-days with one child missing.

In April 2010 (for the academic year) the incidence was 2.4 children days of absence by one child due to illness, in April 2011 - 1.7, which shows a decrease in the incidence by 0.7 children days of absence

At the beginning of training, 6 children had a low health assessment, by the middle of training, only 1 child, at the end of training, not a single child showed an assessment of "1", "2" ./slide 40/

Thus, it can be concluded that the use of the health-saving technology "BOS - health" - we learn and get better" has a positive effect on the psycho-emotional state of the child, improves attention, reduces morbidity, increases motivation for educational activities, the use of electronic aids contributes to the intellectual development of the child.

Technologies for maintaining and stimulating health:

Along with well-known technologies such as

1. Physical minutes.

2. Mobile and sports games

3. Finger.

4. Invigorating gymnastics.

5. Rhythmoplasty.

6. Relaxation.

/slide 41.42/

The team of our preschool educational institution also uses such technologies as:

1. Stretching (game)- a specially designed system of exercises aimed at improving flexibility and mobility in the joints and strengthening these joints. Conducted by a choreographer, music director, physical education instructor in the main and additional educational activities in physical development, starting from the middle group ./slide 43, video 44/

2. Breathing exercises- special exercises that allow you to clean the mucous membrane of the respiratory tract, strengthen the respiratory muscles, improve the well-being of the child. It is carried out in all groups in various forms of physical culture and health work.

We use:

Elements of respiratory gymnastics; /slide 45.46/

Cleansing breathing exercises, based on ancient Chinese health systems, which not only contribute to the regulation of the respiratory function of the body, but also have a calming effect on the central nervous system of the child, relieve fatigue ;/slide 47.48/

Tempering nasal breathing exercises that increase the resistance of the child's body to temperature changes, infections, lack of oxygen ./slide 49.50/

3. Complexes of health dance Step-Dance- a system of exercises, including physical therapy exercises, exercises aimed at preventing postural disorders and flat feet, articular gymnastics, exercises on step platforms and fitballs, dance exercises and rhythmic dances. Conducted by a physical education instructor in various forms of physical education and health work with older preschoolers. We will look at the complex a little later, in which we will see many elements of health-saving technologies ./slide 51/

Correctional technologies

For the implementation of health-improving and corrective measures, in our kindergarten, the method of art therapy, one of the modern trends in health improvement, was introduced into practice.

Art therapy It is literally art therapy. Heals any creative activity - and above all his own creativity. Art therapy relieves any child of a variety of instabilities and moods, anxiety. Art therapy is especially useful and necessary for children with personality problems, namely communication problems. Art therapy refers to the technology of personality-oriented education. /slide 52/

Currently, art therapy in a broad sense includes:

1. Technology of musical influence (music therapy).

2. Fairy tale therapy.

3. Game therapy.

4. Problem-play game training- a system of gaming exercises that train the ability to quickly and actively concentrate auditory attention and memory, touch, visual attention and memory, imagination and creative imagination. Used in free time, can be in the afternoon in all groups. The activity is organized imperceptibly from the child, by including the teacher in the game process. ./slide 53/

5. Psychogymnastics according to the method is used to organize the psychological safety of preschool children in a team of children and adults. /slide 54.55/

6. Color therapy or color interaction technology- This is a science that studies colors, because from time immemorial a magical meaning, a beneficial or negative effect has been attributed to color, because for a person vision is the most important of all types of feelings. This technology is used in our kindergarten based on "Dry Rain" (a tent of multi-colored ribbons or Christmas tree rain), arranged from warm to cold tones) /slide 56, video 57/

7. Laughter therapy- laughter is a natural mechanism of survival and healing, it has a huge healing effect on the physical body and psyche. It is known that the brain during laughter produces endorphins - "hormones of happiness", which have a powerful effect on the immune system. With laughter, the work of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems, the digestive organs improves, and anti-stress hormones are produced. Laughter therapy aims to bring back natural, natural laughter, which relieves tension in the body and releases repressed emotions.

This technology is used in our d / s in the 2nd floor. of the day every day and is designated in the plan as “A Minute of Laughter”. Teachers have a selection of humorous stories, poems, videos, cartoons for working with children /slide 59.59/.

8. sand therapy- sand painting, as a means of correcting the psyche, allows you to overcome the feeling of fear, anxiety, balance the external and internal world, it is very good for relieving aggression in children, for children with communication problems, an unbalanced nervous system. /slide 60.61/

When planning any health-saving technology, we highlight:

Time of the day;

Children's age;

Forms of work;

Features of the methodology. /slide 62/

The introduction and implementation of innovative health-saving technologies takes place in close interconnection with all structural divisions of a preschool institution. We bring to your attention a model for managing the educational process for the implementation of health-saving technologies in our preschool institution. /slide 63/

Summing up my speech, we can conclude that the implementation of any health-saving technology must be started after complete information about the state of health and the level of development of each child is received. The effectiveness of health-saving technologies largely depends on the knowledge by teachers of the conditions and lifestyle of the families of their pupils, as well as on an integrated approach to its organization, taking into account the existing conditions and professional skills of the team. It is better to do less, but professionally, than a lot, but of poor quality.

Applying health-saving technologies in our work, we have achieved the following results (for the last three years):

Positive dynamics of the state of health, decrease in the level of morbidity ;/slide 67/

The level of physical fitness of children over the past three years has increased by 8% compared to 2009 - 89%, 2011 - 97%. Graduates of Preschool Educational Institution No. 6 are physically developed, they have formed the basic physical qualities and the need for physical activity, independently perform age-appropriate hygiene procedures, and follow the elementary rules of a healthy lifestyle.

The kindergarten team does not stop there and continues to work on the formation of a healthy lifestyle, the preservation and strengthening of children's health. The work of the section "Jolly Skater" is planned - teaching children how to roller skate and figure skates with the involvement of parents, equipping a sensory room in accordance with modern requirements, teaching roller skating (roller skiing) in the summer.

The relevance of using innovative forms of education, including the means of information and communication technologies, in the process of forming health-saving competencies among university students is formulated. The organization of the educational process in the discipline "Physical culture", based on a medical examination and including the distribution of students into medical health groups, is presented. Innovative forms and methods of teaching in the practical implementation of personality-oriented self-healing programs, self-organization of a healthy lifestyle of university students are proposed. The content of the frontal, group and individual independent forms of education based on the use of modern information and communication technologies has been developed. Specific examples of recommended Internet resources in the field of restorative fitness, physical culture and sports, therapeutic and adaptive physical culture are shown. The results of an experimental study are presented, which state the effectiveness of the use of innovative forms of education in the educational process of university students classified as a special medical group for health reasons.

Key words: health-saving competencies, means of information and communication technologies, university student, special medical group, forms of education.

Statement of a scientific problem. At present, society is faced with the issue of improving the health of university students, the need to instill in them the skills of a healthy lifestyle and lifestyle. The transition to a multi-level system of higher education, a large amount of teaching load (students are forced to adapt to a set of factors specific to higher education), a low level of physical activity are the reasons for the deterioration of their health (for example, more than 47% of first-year students of universities have poor health) . This is confirmed by studies of the health status of university students conducted by Russian scientists (V.A. Ananiev, A.G. Busygin, A.V. Chogovadze, etc.), which is recorded in official sources and our studies.

Educational institutions are a link in the socialization of the population, where, among other values, the value of health is assimilated, a motivation is formed to preserve one's own health and the health of others, and a conscious motivation is developed to compensate for the lack of physical activity.

In the Federal State Educational Standards of Higher Professional Education of the 3+ generation, in almost all areas of student training (humanitarian, technical, natural sciences, etc.), when highlighting general cultural competencies, there is a health-saving competency.

According to the modern concept of physical education, physical culture is designed to form general cultural competencies, including health-saving competencies, not only provide an integrated approach to the development of physical improvement and health improvement, but also educate the social, labor and creative activity of student youth, which significantly affects the state and development of society.

The purpose of the study is to develop the content and test the effectiveness of innovative forms of organizing training using information and communication technologies in the formation of health-saving competencies of university students.

Table 1

Academic discipline Content of health-saving competencies

Physical culture - to have the ability to adhere to ethical values and a healthy lifestyle (OK-22)

Culturology - knowledge and understanding of the laws of development of nature, society and thinking and the ability to operate with this knowledge in professional activities (OK-2); - the ability to critically assess personal strengths and weaknesses (OK-11), etc.

Psychology - knowledge of the basic values of world culture and readiness to rely on them in their personal and general cultural development (OK-1); - knowledge and understanding of the laws of development of nature, society and thinking and the ability to operate with this knowledge in professional activities (OK-2); - the ability to find organizational and managerial decisions and the willingness to bear responsibility for them (OK-8); - desire for personal and professional self-development (OK-10); - the ability to critically evaluate personal strengths and weaknesses (OK-11); - the ability to take into account the consequences of management decisions from the standpoint of social responsibility (OK-20); - the ability to adhere to ethical values and a healthy lifestyle (OK-22), etc.

Life safety - mastering the skills of rationalization, the main methods of protecting production personnel and the population from the possible consequences of accidents, catastrophes, natural disasters (OK-21), etc.

Hypothesis. We believe that the process of forming health-saving competencies should be based on the concept of forming a person's physical culture; on the use of various forms of health-saving activities; on the use of innovative forms of education, including the use of information and communication technologies; on the individualization of education depending on the motivation of students, their state of health; taking into account psychological parameters and lifestyle, etc. In the university, this mission is assigned to the disciplines that are part of the basic part of the professional cycle in almost all areas of student training: "Physical Education", "Life Safety", "Culturology", "Psychology". In the direction of training "State and municipal management", the academic discipline "Acmeological foundations for the development of the personality of a civil servant" is applied.

Health-preserving competencies are formed differently in each area of student training. As an example, let's consider the content of health-saving competencies formed by students of the direction of training "Management" in the study of specific academic disciplines (Table 1) .

Methodology and content of the study. Researchers in the field of formation of health-saving competencies of university students

offer different solutions to this problem. Yu.V. Lukashin, for example, recommends including special courses for students, holding training seminars for teachers and methodologists, developing methodological manuals aimed at developing students' health-saving competencies in the process of professional training and thus expanding knowledge about health and a healthy lifestyle. In the understanding of N.G. Anikeeva, it is necessary to interact “with the departments of general humanitarian disciplines, with the club of student self-government, with the student research laboratory on health conservation issues”, include classes with elements of health conservation in the educational process; to form motivation for health-saving activities in practical classes; conduct classes on mastering professional-applied physical culture.

The organization of the educational process in the discipline "Physical Education" begins with the distribution of students into medical health groups: basic, preparatory and special "A" and "B" (according to medical indicators of the level of health and the functional state of the body). The main and preparatory health groups include relatively healthy students. The special medical group "A" includes students with deviations in the state of health.

permanent or temporary, having deviations in physical development that do not interfere with the implementation of educational activities, but require limitation of physical activity. Students of the special medical group "A" are exempted from participating in competitions, passing mandatory control standards, but are not completely exempted from practical classes in the discipline "Physical Education". It is these students who most need specially selected sets of physical exercises aimed at improving health. The special medical group "B" includes students with chronic and other diseases. For this group of students, regular self-study on individual sets of exercises proposed by the teacher is acceptable.

The Law "On Education in the Russian Federation" No. 273-FZ (in Chapter 2, Article 16) reflects new forms of education using information and communication technologies. It notes that when implementing educational programs using information and communication technologies, conditions must be created for the functioning of the electronic information and educational environment, which includes electronic information resources, electronic educational resources, a set of information technologies, telecommunication technologies, relevant technological tools, etc. .d. .

A number of authors (M.V. Kruchinin, G.A. Kruchinina, E.G. Svetkina, N.V. Lapchinskaya and others) are devoted to the issues of using information and communication technologies in the formation of general cultural and professional competencies of university students.

Analyzing various approaches to the formation of health-saving competencies, taking into account the peculiarities of this process in students with disabilities in the state of health, we propose to use information and communication technologies in the educational process.

Active introduction of information and communication technologies in the educational process of the discipline "Physical Education" is effective in the course of:

Practical implementation of personality-oriented, individual health improvement programs;

Ensuring an increase in interest and motivation for physical culture, recreation, educational and cognitive activities of students;

Saving time at the stages of consolidating educational information and checking the assimilation of health-saving material;

Creating an opportunity for the teacher to complete study groups, which unite students with identical health problems;

Independent development by students of the values of physical culture;

Practical self-organization of a healthy lifestyle, mastering the practice and methodology for developing personal qualities for successful professional activity and competitiveness in the labor market.

The formation of health-saving competencies among students of a special medical group is built on the basis of various principles, including the principle of innovation, which involves the introduction of pedagogical practices of health-saving and personality development into the educational process using modern information and communication technologies and the choice of forms of student education (frontal , group, individual independent).

The frontal form of teaching university students includes classroom classes under the guidance of a teacher, such as:

Lecture - a monologue presentation by the teacher to students of information using video and audio fragments, a list of recommended literary sources and links to Internet resources necessary for self-preparation for the implementation of health-saving exercise complexes;

Viewing and reflection of educational films; materials presented on the Internet on physiology, the basics of a healthy lifestyle, first aid, the theoretical foundations of diseases, etc., allowing you to get acquainted with new information, study the technique of movements, consolidate lecture material, etc.

The group form of student education involves the use of group (pair) classes, which, in the process of forming health-saving competencies, provide students with training under the supervision of a responsible student from the group appointed by the teacher, create conditions for communication, increase the positive attitude and motivation of those involved. Conditions are created in which students more easily and quickly reveal their strengths.

sides and develop weak ones, better remember the technique of movements. Mutual consultations, discussion of the results of completed tasks, the method of projects using information and communication technologies, the development of electronic presentations, etc. are used to the maximum.

An individual independent form of student education includes individual classes of students and consultations of a teacher outside the classroom to clarify issues that have arisen, to overcome difficulties in the selection of individual sets of exercises, to determine contraindications and indications for physical activity using information and communication technologies (personal e-mail and e-mail of the Department of Physical education kaffizvos @vvpaa.vvags.ru), Skype, a forum in the Prometheus distance learning system, etc.; presentation of sets of exercises for workers of a particular profession with the provision of material on goals, objectives, means and defining functional purpose with the obligatory use of photographs, graphics, diagrams and pictures in the Microsoft Power Point program).

For the successful formation of health-saving competencies among university students, we have developed hotlists of sites for the disciplines of the basic part of the professional cycle of a bachelor graduate. Using the information on these portals and websites, students are more able to develop general cultural competencies, including health-preserving ones. Let's present some portals and sites of the hotlist of sites in the discipline "Physical Education", which is part of the basic part of the professional cycle of a bachelor graduate:

Fundamentals of physical culture at the university (http://www. http://cnit.ssau.ru/kadis/ocnov_set/);

World Health Organization (http://www.who.int/ru/);

Dubrovsky V.I. Valeology. Healthy lifestyle (http://lib.mexmat.ru/books/69634);

Healing Fitness. Directory / V.A. Epifanov, V.N. Moshkov, R.I. Antufeva. Moscow: Medicine, 1987. 528 p. (http://www.twirpx.com/file/1207074/) and others.

Students use these methodological materials in practical classes at the university and in the process of independent work in the disciplines of the basic part of the professional cycle.

We have developed requirements for the preparation of a review by students and the analysis of

recommended Internet resources in the field of restorative fitness, physical culture and sports, adaptive and therapeutic physical culture. The task execution algorithm includes the representation of the following elements: site name; its goals and objectives; main content; brief description and design; navigation elements; scientific, educational, social significance of a particular Internet resource. Reference materials about human diseases are used (https://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/Disease; http://www.who.int and others); medical encyclopedias (http://www.medical-enc.ru and others); electronic newspapers, magazines (www. aksport.ru; http://www. zdgazeta.ru/, etc.), methodological materials for physical education teachers, etc.

In the formation of health-saving competencies among students of a special medical group, we use information and communication technologies and Internet resources, which we have combined in an electronic educational and methodological complex for therapeutic physical culture "Case for therapeutic physical culture". Table 2 presents some components of the content content of individual elements of the electronic educational and methodological complex "Case of Therapeutic Physical Culture" (http://niu.ranepa.ru/?page_id=22412).

In the formation of health-saving competencies of students assigned to a special medical group for health reasons, we widely use wiki and blog technologies in professional training, as the most suitable for communication of university students.

An example of the use of wiki technology in the professional training of students assigned to a special medical group for health reasons is the preparation of a project on the topic “Health Saving”. Working in microgroups according to the project method using the wiki service, students select and study information about the diseases they are interested in, prepare diagrams/drawings, sets of exercises and post them on the wiki created for the creative work of their microgroup. After the presentation of the prepared material, students post comments on the wiki to the work of students from other microgroups. Work according to the project method is carried out using search engines, materials from online encyclopedias, health-saving portals and sites, e-mail, wiki, blog.

Consider the use of wiki technology, online encyclopedias, search engines,

Development of health-saving competencies

The use of the following educational Internet resources contributes to the training: Scrabook - an extension for the Firefox browser that allows you to save web pages on your computer for later viewing off-line; manage their collection, using them to create presentations, prepare reports and other forms of assignments.

Results of an experimental study. To determine the effectiveness of the use of information and communication technologies in the organization of the educational process of the discipline "Physical Education", we have completed two groups:

Control group (CG) - training is carried out without the use of information and communication technologies (n=67);

Experimental group (EG) - training is carried out using information and communication technologies (n=68).

The data of our experimental study are presented in Table 4.

The results of the study presented in Table 4 show that the students of the experimental group changed their attitude to their health to a greater extent, learned to evaluate the indicators of physical qualities. The most significant difference is observed in the indicators relating to mastering the methodology for compiling personal health complexes; desires and opportunities to engage in self-development, self-control, self-improvement, the need for independent physical education.

Conclusion. The results of the study confirm the effectiveness of the organization of the process of formation of health

This article describes the process of development of health-saving competencies in university students with the use of information and communication technologies. We present the results of experimental studies, which confirm the effectiveness of the application of innovative forms of learning in the educational process of university students classified as a special medical group in terms of their health.

Keywords: health-saving competencies, tools of information and communication technologies, university student, special medical group, forms of training.

The order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation No. 2106 dated December 28, 2010 "On the approval of the FGT for educational institutions in terms of protecting the health of pupils" in subparagraph No. 7 contains specific requirements for the rational organization of the educational process, namely: "the use of health-saving methods in the educational process, technologies, observance of a health-saving mode of education and upbringing".

Health- an important factor in the performance and harmonious development of children. Health does not exist by itself, it needs careful care throughout a person's life. It is known that preschool age is decisive in the formation of the foundation of physical and mental health. After all, it is up to 7 years that a child goes through a huge path of development, unique throughout his subsequent life. It is during this period that there is an intensive development of organs, the formation of the functional systems of the body, the main personality traits are laid, the character, attitude towards oneself and others is formed. It is important at this stage to form in children a knowledge base and practical skills of a healthy lifestyle, a conscious need for systematic physical education and sports.

Health-saving educational technologies- a systematically organized set of programs, techniques, methods of organizing the educational process that does not harm the health of its participants;
qualitative characteristics of pedagogical technologies in terms of their impact on the health of children and teachers

The goals of using health-saving technologies:

  • saving children's health by creating favorable conditions for stay, upbringing and education in preschool educational institutions;
  • strengthening the mental and physical health of preschoolers;
  • ensuring a high level of health for a kindergarten pupil and nurturing a valeological culture;
  • a conscious attitude of the child to the health and life of a person, knowledge about health and the ability to protect, maintain and preserve it, allowing the preschooler to independently and effectively solve the problems of a healthy lifestyle and safe behavior;
  • promoting the formation of a culture of health and valeological education of parents.

Means of health-saving technologies:
1. Means of motor orientation:
. movement elements (walking, running, jumping, throwing);
. physical exercise;
. physical education sessions, physiotherapy exercises, outdoor games, gymnastics, self-massage, etc.
2. Healing powers of nature (sun and air baths, water procedures, herbal medicine, inhalation).
3. Hygienic factors (fulfillment of sanitary and hygienic requirements, personal and public hygiene, ventilation, wet cleaning of premises, compliance with the daily routine, etc.). The use of various health-saving technologies in preschool educational institutions (from my own experience).

In our group (children aged 4-5 years) health work is carried out constantly and systematically. All recreational activities are arranged in a sequential chain and evenly distributed throughout the day in the form of a "Health Path":

Daily regime

The daily routine ensures the daily repetition of hygiene procedures at the same time, which contributes to the gradual formation of skills and habits of a culture of behavior and personal hygiene. The daily routine accustoms the child's body to a certain rhythm, provides a change of activity, protecting the nervous system of children from overwork.

1. Morning exercises

Daily morning exercises, general developmental exercises in the group contribute to emotional unloading, increasing motor activity. A variety of forms of morning exercises contributes to the formation of children's interest in it:

  • Rhythmic gymnastics
  • Gymnastics consisting of round dances
  • Story dances
  • Playing a story poem
  • Outdoor games
  • Wellness run
  • Gymnastics in plot form with and without objects;
  • Wellness aerobics and yoga exercises;
  • Gymnastics according to interests and games at the request of children.

Morning exercises are held daily in the sports and music halls. The duration of morning exercises is 7 minutes. At the same time, the teacher works with the children and, if necessary, corrects, corrects the performance of the exercises by the children.

2. Finger gymnastics.

Finger games are a staging of any rhymed stories, fairy tales with the help of fingers. During the finger games: "We leaf through the book", "At sunset, the pond slumbers ...", "Fish", as well as the finger theater classes "Horse", "Smartly from finger to finger ...", "Apple", "Cockerel". The child, repeating the movements of adults, achieves a good development of fine motor skills of the hands, which not only has a beneficial effect on the development of speech, but also prepares the child for drawing and writing.

3. Game self-massage.

Children are happy to perform self-massage in a playful way. Carrying out play massage, the child can fantasize, while affecting the entire body. Game self-massage relaxes muscles and relieves neuro-emotional tension.

4. Washing hands and face with cold water.

Washing with cool water (in summer, in winter - warm water) in sequence: hands with soap, then face. After washing, wiping is performed, but not dry, but only to remove free water (drops) from the washed parts of the body, followed by their final drying. Drying is a powerful hardening procedure.

5. Before class - sound gymnastics

Sound gymnastics is the pronunciation of various sounds and their combinations in a strictly defined way. When pronouncing sounds, the vocal cords begin to vibrate and this vibration is first transmitted to the respiratory tract and lungs, and from them to the chest. The complex develops the respiratory muscles, speech apparatus, coordination of movements, muscles of the arms and spine, promotes proper rhythmic breathing and pronunciation of sounds .

6. Dynamic pause on GCD.

The main tasks of the physical minute are:

  • relieve fatigue and stress;
  • make an emotional charge;
  • improve general motor skills;
  • develop clear coordinated actions in conjunction with speech.

In the process of conducting physical education sessions, during which movements are combined with the word, the behavior of children is naturally and unobtrusively brought up, muscle activity develops, speech deficiencies are corrected, and the existing vocabulary is activated.

7. Gymnastics for the eyes

Visual gymnastics is aimed at improving and maintaining vision, is the prevention of myopia and hyperopia. "Magic" eye games are the training of children's eye muscles and the success of healthy vision in the future.

6. After GCD - yoga in games.

Yoga is one of the few exercise systems that has a beneficial and holistic effect on the entire body, including the endocrine and nervous systems. Yoga classes perfectly strengthen the musculoskeletal system, align your posture. Breathing, relaxation and meditation practices have a positive effect on the psyche. There is no competitive element in yoga, which distinguishes it from other types of physical activity. Children learn to accept themselves for who they are.

9. Walk.

Motor activity (running, games, exercises). The purpose of the walk is to improve health, prevent fatigue, physical and mental development of children, restore the functional resources of the body that have been reduced in the process of activity.

10. Outdoor game

The game allows you to remove physical fatigue from the muscles, to achieve an emotional switch from one type of activity to another. Outdoor games are especially loved by children, because they are an important source of joyful emotions. Games stimulate active work, thoughts, contribute to the expansion of horizons, the improvement of all mental processes, form positive moral qualities in children.

11. Breathing exercises

Regular breathing exercises contribute to the training of the respiratory muscles, improve local and cerebral circulation, protect against hypothermia, develop the still imperfect respiratory system of the child, and strengthen the body's defenses. In my work I used: "Bubbles", "Talking", "Breeze", "Bees", "We mow the grass", "Rooster", "Porridge is boiling", "Grow big", "Mill", "In the forest", " Cheerful bee.

12. Gymnastics awakening (in bed).

The duration of gymnastics in bed is 2-3 minutes. Next, the children move on to performing a set of breathing exercises, which is very important for the prevention of colds and diseases of the upper respiratory tract. Then hardening activities are carried out using "miracle" - rugs, salt paths, water procedures. The total duration of recreational gymnastics after daytime sleep should be 12-15 minutes.

13. Corrective paths (prevention of flat feet).

Walking barefoot on corrective paths ("Temper and walk barefoot along the snow-covered paths") 15-20 sec.
- A set of exercises carried out in a sitting position on chairs ("we will warm up for frozen legs after a walk in the snow).

14. Psycho-gymnastics (emotional health).

The task is to relieve the inertia of physical and mental well-being, raise muscle tone, "warm up" the child's attention and interest in the lesson, set the children up for active work and contact with each other. Thanks to psycho-gymnastics for preschoolers, a child learns to understand his own and other people's emotions, express them, understand feelings, learn to relax and overcome life's difficulties.

15. Posture (prevention of scoliosis).

Physical exercise is the main means of preventing posture disorders. Particular attention should be paid to exercises that cause active work of the extensor muscles of the back and abdominal muscles.

16. Articulation gymnastics.

The goal of articulatory gymnastics is to develop correct, full-fledged movements and certain positions of the articulatory organs necessary for the correct pronunciation of sounds, and to combine simple movements into complex ones.

The effectiveness of the work of health-saving technologies depends on a well-coordinated work with parents. Experience shows that the effectiveness of a wellness program is decided together with the family.
Experience in innovative areas has shown that children aged 4-5 successfully and enthusiastically learn about the structure of the body and acquire healthy lifestyle and safe behavior in everyday life and in nature, if knowledge is transmitted in an accessible and playful way.

The process of educating and educating preschool children in the work of health savings and health connection; development aimed at ensuring the physical, mental and social well-being of children for a long period.
