Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 bulb
  • 3 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tsp universal seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil

1. Heat a frying pan well with 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil. Cut the onion into small cubes and sauté until translucent, and if you want, fry until a pleasant golden color.

2. Break the eggs into a separate bowl. Add salt and universal seasoning here (it contains curry, paprika, ground red pepper, dried celery, carrots and parsley).
Spices can be chosen according to personal taste.

3. Beat with a whisk and put sour cream. Fatness in this case is not fundamental. The recipe uses 20% sour cream.

4. Stir the sour cream and egg mass with a whisk until smooth.

5. Lubricate the baking dish with sunflower oil.
Peel potatoes, cut into small cubes.

6. Wash parsley, dry and chop with a knife. Sprinkle the potatoes using half of the bunch.

7. Lay the sautéed onion on top.

8. Gently pour the entire contents of the mold with the sour cream and egg mixture.

  14. Transfer the eggs to a separate plate with high sides. Beat them thoroughly with a whisk, adding salt, ground allspice and dried basil. You can add other spices based on your taste preferences.
  15. Pour the potatoes with the meatballs with the egg mixture.
  16. Spread the cheese mixture evenly on top.
  17. We put in the oven and bake the omelet until cooked at a temperature threshold of 180 °.
