I want to treat myself and loved ones to some delicious and try baking an avocado with an egg. It is delicious, satisfying and, most importantly, dietary food. For cooking you will need:

  • avocado (it is better to take larger ones);
  • two chicken eggs;
  • a little bit of cheese;
  • herbs and spices to taste.

First you need to wash the avocado, cut it in half, divide it into two halves and remove the pit. Then, with the help of a spoon, the pulp is pulled out so that the egg fits into the formed recess.

Put some cheese (finely chopped or grated) into the “hole” made, add spices. Break the egg, separate the white from the yolk. Carefully pour the protein into the recess, salt and send to the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Next, take out the already lightly baked avocado and carefully place the yolk on top of the protein. The dish is sent to the oven for another 5-10 minutes. According to this recipe, avocado with egg can be prepared as a wonderful breakfast or as an original hot appetizer.

  • two slices of bread (it is better to take whole grain);
  • avocado;

  • First, prepare the poached eggs. Put a pot of water on the fire. As soon as the first bubbles appear at the bottom of the container, the egg must be poured into the water through a twisted funnel. It takes about 2-3 minutes to prepare.
  • During this time, the slices of bread can be toasted in the toaster. Carefully slice the avocado, scoop out the flesh with a fork and spread it on the toast.
  • Put the cooked eggs on bread, sprinkle with grated cheese, herbs, spices.

Avocado and egg toast should be served hot. It is recommended to decorate the plate with cherry tomatoes (by the way, they will perfectly complement the taste of the sandwich).

  • 8 tomatoes;
  • 8 eggs;
  • 2 avocados;
  • mayonnaise (about 4 tablespoons);
  • two cloves of garlic;

We prepare according to the following scheme.

  • Hard-boiled eggs, peel, cut and put in a mixer.
  • Peel the avocado, remove the pit, cut into pieces and add to the eggs.

Salad with cucumber and avocado

This dish will delight you with rich taste. The main components of the dish are avocado, cucumber, egg (two in total). You will also need 2-3 cloves of garlic, a little lemon juice, vegetable oil and spices. Making a salad is easy.

  • Cucumbers are cut into small cubes (if the fruits are young and fresh, then you can leave the skin).
  • Avocados also need to be peeled, pitted and cut, then sprinkled with fresh lemon juice.
  • Peel hard-boiled eggs, chop.
  • Garlic should be finely chopped or passed through the garlic.
  • Now you can mix all the ingredients, add salt, pepper or other favorite spices, season everything with vegetable oil.

Now you can start preparing the sauce. To do this, mayonnaise, vinegar and yogurt are thoroughly mixed, spices and chopped (passed through a press) garlic are added to them. The sauce must be brought to a homogeneous consistency. By the way, it is better to cook it and season the salad 20-30 minutes before serving. The resulting mixture is spread on slices of bread or crackers. You can also grease pita bread with it, and then twist it into small rolls. The dish is decorated with greens, grated yolk or green onion feathers.

Salad with tuna

A dish with avocado and egg can be made more varied. Many housewives prefer to delight their guests with exquisite products. Here is a list of products:

  • tuna in oil (can);
  • avocado fruit;
  • leaf lettuce (bunch);
  • ten quail eggs (can be replaced with 1-2 chicken);
  • small red onion;
  • a few cherry tomatoes;
  • 100 g unsweetened yogurt;
  • spices;
  • juice of half a lemon;
  • garlic clove.

In order to prepare the dressing, you need to mix yogurt, spices, lemon juice and garlic in a blender. Cut the avocado, onion, lettuce into small pieces, add the tomatoes, cut into halves, tuna, and then season with the prepared sauce - the dish is ready.

You can cook avocado with egg, vegetables, cheese, mushrooms, seafood and meat. This fruit is a wonderful addition to salads. All steps are simple and clear. We take the cheese that is best suited for baking (I already wrote that for me it is mozzarella). We rub it on a coarse grater.

Mix everything with a fork. The resulting mixture is the stuffing for the avocado.

The avocado itself is cut lengthwise into two halves, remove the stone. Sprinkle with ground pepper and salt.

If you do not have a suitable, small-sized baking dish, you can make an "envelope" of foil. Lubricate it from the inside with vegetable oil. We put the avocado halves in the “envelope”, in the middle of which we pour the filling prepared earlier.

4. After that, sprinkle the avocado halves with pepper, paprika and salt. A particularly fragrant dish is obtained if you use salt with the addition of white or black truffles. If there is no such spice in the house, then ordinary sea salt will do.

5. Place the halves in a mold and carefully pour one egg into each. This must be done carefully so that the yolk remains intact.

6. Turn on the oven at + 190 degrees. Send baked avocado with egg for 12-15 minutes.

7. Grate cheese.

Recipe two. Egg mix with bread and avocado.

Products:

  • four boiled eggs;
  • half an avocado;
  • a tablespoon of low-fat mayonnaise;
  • a tablespoon of unsweetened yogurt;
  • clove of garlic;
  • two teaspoons of wine vinegar;
  • one hundred grams of pita bread or bran bread;
  • salt (to taste);
  • black pepper (to taste)

Cooking:

Separate the yolks. Grind them with a fork until the gruel is homogeneous in consistency.

Cut half of the avocado pulp into pieces, throw them into the yolks and continue to grind.

Pour in wine vinegar, mayonnaise and yogurt. Mix well.

Salt and pepper to your liking. Squeeze the garlic through a press (it can be finely chopped).

Cut the remaining proteins into small cubes and add to the avocado-yolk mixture.

Cut bran bread or pita bread into small pieces. You can coat them with olive oil and dry them in the oven until crispy. Add bread slices to salad. We mix.

Products:

  • fresh cucumbers;
  • Bell pepper;
  • Red onion;
  • avocado fruit;
  • salmon;
  • quail eggs;
  • a bunch of dill;
  • sour cream (for dressing);
  • salt, pepper (to taste).

Cooking:

My cucumbers, dry and finely chop. If the skin is hard, then remove it first.

We clean the sweet pepper from seeds and cut into small pieces. For the brightness of the dish, you can use peppers of different colors (red, orange, yellow). Put the cucumbers and peppers in a salad bowl.

Chop half of a small onion. You can marinate in boiling water with sugar, salt and vinegar (as you like).

Peel the avocado fruit and cut into small cubes. Add to salad bowl along with onions.

Lightly salted or smoked salmon cut into small cubes.

We chop the dill. Add fish and dill to the dish.

Hard-boiled quail eggs are peeled and cut into halves.

All this is in a salad bowl. Salt, pepper to taste, season with lemon juice. Pour in sour cream and mix gently.

  • a can of tuna in oil;
  • one fresh cucumber;
  • one avocado fruit;
  • ten quail eggs;
  • a bunch of lettuce;
  • ten cherry tomatoes;
  • one red bulb.

For refueling:

  • natural unsweetened yogurt (one hundred grams);
  • juice of half a lemon;
  • clove of garlic;
  • pepper, salt (to taste).

Products are cut into arbitrary pieces. Sprinkle avocado with lemon juice. We put yogurt in a blender, squeeze out the juice of half a lemon, add the garlic passed through the press. Pepper, salt to taste. We mix everything thoroughly. Season the salad with dressing.
