A simple and tasty “Festive” salad with chicken, ham and pickled cucumbers is incredibly easy and quick to prepare. But its taste will not leave any guest indifferent. I also suggest you serve it on your holiday table. The ingredients are for 2 servings of salad.
Required Products:
- chicken breast – 150 gr.,
- pork and beef ham – 170 gr.,
- tomatoes – 1 pc.,
- eggs – 2 pcs.,
- pickled cucumbers – 2 pcs.,
- cheese – 40 gr.,
- mayonnaise – 100-130 gr.,
- greens to taste.
Step-by-step recipe with photos:
1. Boil chicken breast and eggs until cooked. Refrigerate. Cut the pork and beef ham into thin strips. Tip: you can use any ham in the salad, but pork and beef are much juicier.
2.Cut the cooled chicken into small cubes and add to the ham in a large, deep bowl.
