Marinate onions in a mixture of vinegar, salt and sugar for 30 minutes.

Boil eggs, cool, peel and grate on a coarse grater. Peel cucumbers and cut into cubes. Drain liquid from peas.

Dill wash, dry and finely chop. You can leave some greens to decorate the salad.

Mix mayonnaise with sour cream and add finely chopped dill to the sauce.

Combine all ingredients and season with sauce.

  • 1 cup raw rice
  • 2 fresh tomatoes
  • 4 carrots
  • 2-3 onions
  • 2 tbsp. spoons of tomato paste or 100 ml of ketchup
  • 200 g sour cream
  • salt to taste
  • 2-3 garlic cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper or to taste
  • vegetable oil for stewing
  • greens - parsley, dill

Cut the stalk from a head of cabbage and boil it in boiling water. Then the leaves will become soft and easily removed. Petioles, if remained hard, beat off or cut off.

Prepare the filling. Pass the meat through a large meat grinder. Boil rice until half cooked.

Grated on a coarse grater carrots and chopped onions in half rings, fry in vegetable oil. Add grated garlic. Divide the carrot and onion into two parts. One will go to the filling, the second - to the sauce.

Remove the skin from the tomato by dipping them first in boiling water for a few seconds, and then in cold water. Skip the tomatoes through a meat grinder.

Wash greens, dry and finely chop.

Combine one part carrots with onions, minced meat, tomatoes, rice, herbs, salt and pepper. Mix everything well.

Wrap the filling in cabbage leaves with envelopes. Put them tightly in a thick-walled pan.

Prepare the sauce. Combine sour cream, tomato paste or ketchup, the second half of fried carrots with onions. Pour in water, salt and pepper to taste.

Bring the sauce to a boil and pour over the cabbage rolls. Simmer on the smallest fire for 50 minutes. When serving, sprinkle the cabbage rolls with chopped herbs and pour over the sauce.

Mushroom sauce

  • 400 g forest mushrooms
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 1 st. a spoonful of flour
  • 2 heads of onion
  • freshly ground black and allspice

Pour refined vegetable oil into a frying pan, heat, pour mushrooms and fry. Separately, fry the onion sliced ​​\u200b\u200bin half rings with flour.

Add sour cream to the mushrooms, boil and put onions. Salt, pepper, cool and grind with a blender. The sauce is ready.

Fruits can be used not only in desserts, but also in hot dishes, salads, snacks, sandwiches. So feel free to put on the table not only jelly, but also a salad of crab sticks with a banana.

The color of the new mascot this time is yellow. Therefore, all yellow ingredients are also desirable in dishes - tomatoes, yellow sweet peppers, pumpkins, apples, oranges and tangerines, grapes. Even your favorite herring under a fur coat, just fits into the list of desired dishes. Or this salad:

Grate carrots into strips. Boil potatoes and cut into cubes, cucumbers also cut into cubes. Marinated mushrooms and onions cut very finely. Apples, without peeling, grate on a coarse grater.

Combine everything, salt, add green peas and season with mayonnaise. Put the lettuce leaves on a dish, and form balls from the warm salad and lay them on top. Lubricate lightly with mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated yolk.

Make the eyes and nose out of cranberries, and the tail and ears out of squirrels. Green onions can be finely chopped and used to decorate a salad.

Vegetable salad with mozzarella

  • 2 fresh cucumbers
  • 2 sweet bell peppers
  • a few cherry tomatoes
  • bunch of lettuce leaves
  • 150 g mozzarella cheese
  • 1 st. a spoonful of lemon juice
  • 2-3 tbsp. spoons of olive oil
  • ready-made mustard to taste
  • salt to taste
  • ground black pepper to taste

Arrange the lettuce leaves on a platter, cut into pieces with your hands. Place chopped cucumbers and sweet peppers on top. On top of the vegetables are lettuce leaves. Arrange halved cherry tomatoes on top.

  • 15 ml orange liqueur
  • 45 ml orange juice
  • 125 ml champagne

Pour orange liqueur into the bottom of a thin glass, then orange juice and then champagne on top. You don't need to mix layers. Liquor can be excluded from this recipe and orange juice can be mixed with champagne in a 1/1 ratio.
