And if you still finely chop a fresh or green onion to it, then it will be impossible to drag your relatives and friends away from such a delicacy.

However, pickled mushrooms cost a lot of money in the store! Why overpay for dubious quality, when at home you can easily cook this one using a regular multicooker.

Instant Pickled Oyster Mushrooms: Recipe

To pickle mushrooms for 2-3 servings, you will need:

- 0.5 kg of fresh oyster mushrooms;

- 100 ml of vegetable oil;

- 4 tbsp. spoons of vinegar 9%;

- 0.5 st. spoons of salt;

- 1 tbsp. a spoonful of granulated sugar;

- peas of a mixture of allspice;

- Bay leaf.

First of all, rinse the oyster mushrooms from dirt and cut off the base of the bush. It will remain tough even when cooked, so do not regret it and throw it away.

Divide the washed oyster mushrooms into individual mushrooms and place in a multicooker bowl. Pour the mushrooms with sugar, salt and add peppercorns, bay leaf. Pour hot water over the oyster mushrooms, covering them lightly as they will shrink a little as they cook.

Activate the "Extinguishing" mode on the slow cooker for 10 minutes. This time is enough for the mushrooms to absorb all the marinade, but do not have time to cook.

As soon as the beep sounds, open the lid and pour vegetable oil and vinegar into the marinade.

When boiling water, vinegar cannot be poured in, as it forms an incredible amount of instant foam, due to which the entire marinade can spill out of the slow cooker!

Close the multicooker with a lid and reset the “Extinguishing” mode again for 5 minutes. During this time, they will absorb all the vinegar and vegetable oil.

After cooking, oyster mushrooms do not need to be removed from the marinade. They have to cool down. You can leave them in the slow cooker by opening the lid, or pour the marinade with mushrooms into another container.

After 3-4 hours, the mushrooms can be taken out and tasted.

Instant pickled oyster mushrooms are especially good both externally and in taste in combination with purple onions. At the same time, you do not need to add either vinegar or vegetable oil to the salad, because all these ingredients are already present in the mushrooms!

Oyster mushrooms fried with sour cream - this is a very tasty dish - a mushroom appetizer, if you cut the mushrooms smaller, you get mushroom caviar from oyster mushrooms with a creamy taste. Sour cream in this dish can be replaced with cream, and in fasting, animal fats can be replaced with vegetable ones.

For the recipe for fried oyster mushrooms you will need:

  • Fresh oyster mushrooms - 600 g,
  • Sour cream or cream - ¾ cup,
  • Butter - 50 g,
  • Water - 50 ml,
  • Salt,
  • Spices,
  • Provence herbs (or Italian cuisine),
  • Garlic - 1 clove (optional)

How to cook fried (stewed) oyster mushrooms

Rinse oyster mushrooms with running water, cut off the base of the mushrooms.

Advice:

Oyster mushrooms should be fresh, without a sour smell. These fresh mushrooms smell like sunflower seeds. It is advisable not to use the lower rough part at the base of the oyster mushrooms in cooking, it will turn out to be harsh.

Cut oyster mushrooms the way you cut ordinary mushrooms for frying, pour into a deep frying pan.

Immediately add a piece of butter, sour cream, water, salt and spices.


Stew oyster mushrooms with sour cream (cream) over medium heat until the liquid evaporates, sour cream - mushroom sauce should thicken, and the mushrooms should fry a little. The entire cooking time will take you 25-30 minutes. Stir fried oyster mushrooms several times during cooking.

How to cook fried oyster mushrooms in a slow cooker

Put oyster mushrooms, sour cream, water, butter, salt and spices into a multicooker bowl, mix so that the sour cream is evenly distributed. To cook oyster mushrooms in the Panasonic multicooker in the “Pilaf” mode, this mode has an automatic countdown, just wait for the signal, mix and put it on a dish.

If you choose another mode and cook oyster mushrooms in the Panasonic multicooker on the “milk porridge” mode, you won’t get such a beautiful crust, but you’ll get more sauce.

I would also like to note that fried oyster mushrooms are a very tasty dish, you start trying it - it’s impossible to stop, you can gobble up a frying pan in one! A dish of oyster mushrooms is equally tasty both hot and cold. The structure of these mushrooms is denser than that of champignons, somewhat similar to chicken meat. We will need the following products: oyster mushrooms, potatoes, onions, sunflower oil, soy sauce, thyme, paprika, bay leaf, ground black pepper and salt to taste.


First, prepare the potatoes, as they should marinate a little.

Peel off the skin and rinse well. Cut randomly into large pieces so that it is convenient to prick on a fork. Add soy sauce, ground paprika, dried thyme, black pepper. Mix everything well and leave for 15-25 minutes.


Now let's get down to the actual cooking. We clean the onion, cut it either into half rings or into small pieces, as you prefer.

We turn on the multicooker in the "Frying" mode. Pour in the oil and add the chopped onion. Fry for 5-7 minutes, remembering to stir constantly. For a multicooker, it is advisable to use a special spatula so as not to damage the surface of the bowl, if, of course, your miracle assistant is dear to you.


We wash the oyster mushrooms under running water. We separate from the root system. Cut off a little leg. If the mushrooms are large, cut in half. I leave the little ones whole. Add oyster mushrooms to the fried onions, mix and continue to fry for about five to seven minutes. If a lot of juice is formed, it's okay. So our potatoes will be even more saturated with mushroom aroma.


Add spice potatoes. Spices you have the right to choose to your taste and discretion.

Pour water into the multicooker. Also add bay leaf and stir. If necessary, salt and pepper. Close the multicooker and turn on the stew for 20 minutes. I have a pressure cooker, all dishes are prepared quickly. You focus on your technique.

The fact is that such a dish, if you follow the entire cooking algorithm, will please not only your eyes, stomach and taste buds, but will also pleasantly surprise you with the ease of preparation. Moreover, the recipe below contains the minimum amount of ingredients.

So, we need:

  • oyster mushrooms - 0.3 kilograms;
  • potatoes - 4 pieces (medium size);
  • onion - 1 piece;
  • butter - 1 tablespoon;
  • mineral water (milk) - 1 glass;
  • salt and spices - to taste.

Cooking:

  1. The first step is to wash and peel our vegetables. Then chop the onion into thin half rings.
  2. Next, select the “Baking” mode, wait until the bowl warms up a little and send a piece of butter into it. When it melts, send the onion to the bowl and bring to a transparent state. Even better, if the onion half rings are lightly browned.
